I was so excited to find cute high waisted bikinis, especially in scrunch butt! I just had a baby so I ordered larges in all the ones I bought (I wear a size 2-4 jeans) so I thought the size larges would give me enough wiggle room just Incase. When they arrived, I opened the packages only to notice that the high waisted bikini in size LARGE looked like it could only fit my 12 year old sister. So I tried it on and my goodness, their larges were more like a size extra small. I even measured myself before I ordered and went above the recommended size on their chart. The monokini I ordered fit a little better but it was still really small :( cute bikinis but I will be returning. Bummer read more

I bought 2 swimsuits online, they are not of the best material and Not worth the $85 a suit. However, I will say the designs are cute and different. The fit is very sexy. If you are familiar with the j. valentine bikinis these fit smaller and reveal more. The string, scrunch butt bottoms are very small. I am 5'3, 115 lbs and usually always fit a small, I initially ordered the s/m size but had to exchange for the m/l. The m/l fits great, the s/m was so small it barely covered anything, I understand these are a brazilian cut but this was ridiculous! The customer service was great and helped me out through email and phone, and the shipping was fast. read more

My favorite place to get skimpy bikinis, Strings by Judith, closed down, so I turned to Yelp to help me find an alternative and found Chynna Dolls. I assume that strippers probably get their outfits here as well. The bikinis are a bit skimpier than traditional suits that you find at beach stores and the mall. The triangle tops are cut smaller. The bottoms are almost all "scrunch butt". They sew a little piece of elastic and ruche the fabric in the butt so that a girl's butt really shows. Some people think it's ugly but I think it's hot. The bottoms are also cut a bit smaller. They have some thongs and Brazilian cuts too. And they have those mono-kinis. They have tons of different colors and patterns but they seemed to only have "one size fits all". They have some bikinis with lace. All the suits seemed to be in the $55-65 range. You can also get other accessories here like those fuzzy leg warmers that go-gos wear, chain belts, clear-heeled stilletos, fishnets, knee highs, etc. Their suits are hand-made. I could hear the sewing machine whirling in the back of the store while I was in the dressing room. I also overheard the employee on the telephone saying that they can do bikini alterations, such as scrunching the butt of a regular bikini. If you're looking for something to make you stand out poolside, and you've got the body to rock them, I definitely suggest Chynna Dolls for hot bikinis, especially perfect for Vegas. read more

I didn't know the top and bottoms were sold separately so I ended up ordering only the bottoms. When I realized what I had done I went back and ordered the top as well. Long story short two separate shipments top gets lots in the mail. I contacted customer service and hands down the best and fastest customer service I've ever encountered. I don't leave bad reviews but I felt I should share my Chynna Doll experience. I was looking at the bikini bottoms and trying to find one with decent material. I was barely handling the swim suits and checking the sizes when a small blonde Asian girl steps directly in front of me and starts reorganizing the swim suit bottoms. I didn't know she was an employee until she said very rudely, "Don't mess up the display because it takes a long time for me to organize it." My friend and I were only in there for a couple of minutes but we left immediately because of the rude customer service. They carry some- not all of the suits featured on their website so if you see something online you want, make sure to call in and ask if they carry it. I was in need of a lil' more risque bathing suit for South Beach, so my search began and this sounded like the perfect place. I (and the hubby) absolutely love this place!! So many styles, different cuts, colors and patterns...it's overwhelming at first, but choices are good. After trying about a dozen, I found my favorite styles and can hardly wait to wear them! I just love how the suits are made and even though they are a bit more revealing (on the bottom side), I think they fit your bottom the way all suits should fit. I don't think I'll ever buy a bathing suit anywhere else...I'm hooked and looking forward to buying plenty more for all the beach days ahead! read more

Who urinates on a bikini and returns it? Chynna Dolls thinks their customers do. I ordered a couple bikini bottoms from www.dollswimwear.com which appears to be the same site as www.chynnadolls.com. I returned the items clean with hygienic liner and tags intact. They tried to accuse me of soiling one of the bottoms that I returned. They purposefully soiled it themselves so I will have to pay for it! I checked them out on BBB.org and there are several of the same complaints. BUYER BEWARE! read more

I had a horrible experience at this store this weekend. They did have a large selection of suits however , if you are a D or DD there is not too many choices . I had the WORST experience with one of their staff members . The representative was very rude and negative. I have never encountered such horrible customer service in my life . This older women was bitter and clearly not someone who would or should wear anything in that store. The icing on the cake was when I asked for the managers name and contact information and she refused to give me that information. My advice if you are looking for a new swimsuit go to another Chynna Dolls store or order on line. I have been shopping with Chynna Dolls for years. Almost everything had been online while i lived in Colorado but since I moved back home to California, I have since a shopped at the store since it's fairly close to my house. Their suits fit amazing which is hard to find for me since I'm curvy. Some of my suits are at least 6 years old and they still look brand new. I get compliments on them wherever I where them. My latest trip was to get a bikini for my wedding reception in Vegas this June. I found the perfect one that matched my hubby's board shorts. I wore the suit in the pool for most of the day. When we got back home I realized that the colors all bled together. I have never had a problem with their suits bleeding before, as I know they test their fabrics before selling them. I took it back the very next week and explained what had happened. Pretty much no questions asked, the owner and store manager told me they would replace the suit by either making me a new one exactly like it if they didn't have any more in stock. I found exactly what I wanted! Trying to go bathing suit shopping when it's not bathing suit season is a bit painful...you're left with clearance racks of unpaired tops and bottoms or ugly swim suits from the athletic swim department. Not Here! I'm so glad I found this little store. They have a ton of swimsuits and yes, they are on the rather scandalous side. So, if you plan on coming here, make sure you aren't the modest type. They also have a bin of tops that were priced around $10 each and are buy 3 get 1 free...so yes, I went to town on that one. read more

Other then their sizes being strange. I loved my bikini. I ordered online and was sent within 24 hours. I had to exchange it for the right sizes tho. The size chart doesn't seem right. I wear 36D bra but when I ordered what they recommended for my size M/L was WAY TOO big and I ordered S/M for the bottoms and it was way to small. Just wish they had regular three options for sizes S, M and L as opposed to only two options S/M - M/L. read more
