Des manèges, des toboggans, un cirque : tout est réuni pour leur plaire. Même si certaines attractions vous paraissent un peu dépassées cela n'empêche pas les enfants de s'amuser et de profiter du labyrinthe, du bateau un peu fou, du gros tapis où l'on saute ou des chevaux de Guillaume.

Il compte désormais plusieurs serres (serre chaude, serre tempérée, serre froide...) ainsi qu'une orangerie. Installé à la place d'une ancienne carrière, il regroupe plus de 8000 espèces sur 5000 mètres carrés. La partie basse comprend la flore normande, le jardin médicinal, les collections horticoles ou encore les arbres et arbustes. La partie haute, quant à elle, accueille le parc public réputé pour ses mosaïcultures.Le Jardin des Plantes, c'est également des aires de jeux pour les enfants.

The Manoir has several rooms in the main house as well as several more in the "boat house". Its location is perfect to visit all of the northern coast sites and is easy to find. The staff is very efficient and quality oriented. Everything in and around the Manoir is clean and well kept. On several occasions I have asked for restaurant recommendations and every time we have been very impressed with the food. I can say that Jacques and Alix are always prepared to provide recommendations for a day trip, all of the details and even make reservations for you if recquired. Just minutes to the town of Bayeux (and the famous Tapestry) or all of the Normandy WW2 sites/Museums/Cemeteries. Easy Drive to Mont St. Michael and the beautiful coast of norther France. Just ask Jacques and he will gladly be your tour designer, answering questions, providing historical context, providing maps, making great suggestions, etc. If you are a Band of Brothers fan, you are very close to all the key areas of the 101st airborne activities from D-Day (episodes 2 and 3). Carentan and Brecourt Manor are just a short drive away. There is also a number of monuments and museums that honor those great men. If you are a fan of Saving Private Ryan then you have all of the cities and sights all within easy reach. The opening and closing scene were shot in the American cemetery in Coleville. An absolute must see. I cannot say enough about how much we love staying at this B&B. I do not think you can find a better combination of location, quality and people anywhere in France. This is a must stay if you are headed north of Paris.
