Dinner Thursday night was prepared for us by a Michelin rated chef that comes several nights each week to create dinner for the guests. Dinner started off with a salad of greens and topped with slices of rare duck and a sesame dressing. Main course was stuffed rabbit wrapped in bacon. Dessert was creme brûlée with a small Nutella cake. The meal was served to us by the young chef himself. He explained each course as he was serving us. The web sight states they are renovating a building on sight for the young and talented chef, to open in 2015. Our apartment was in an adjoining building. All modern conveniences with old world touches. The grounds cover 16 acres and are well maintained. In ground pool & many out buildings. The two ladies that own & operate the property Speak several languages and could not be more accommodating. We were asked what our preference was for breakfast and delivered as asked.
