That was the worst experience I had in any hotel I have ever been. Their internet service is…read morecompletely crap, keeps disconnecting and it is slow. I was here with a large group for 1 week and they all had the same bad experience. There is nothing around and it is far from everything. I ran out of deodorant and they have no toiletry to sell in the hotel (tooth past, tooth brush, etc). I had to get a cab to the nearest downtown that cost me 60 euros the round trip!!!! The worst part was when I sent my clothes for cleaning and my jeans shrink when it came back plus my dress shirt had a big hole in the sleeve! I complaint and they basic told me that they believe the hole was already there and they would do nothing about it. I lost 2 expensive piece of clothes (around $200 CAD both) and they haven't even removed the cleaning charge!!!! Never again I will be here and I don't recommend it to anyone!
