We chose this restaurant because it had outdoor tables, and our friend wanted to try the lamb liver kebabs mentioned by our Gate 1 guide as a local specialty, and this restaurant advertised it in English. Lamb liver skewers kept arriving to excess, and the waiter said he held a few back. If you like liver you would like it. Plus, there was a Yelp review in English letting us know this place was a good choice.
Endless tasty salads of fresh tomatoes, and grilled onions were placed on our table by a friendly waiter before the nicely grilled lamb and chicken kebabs arrived, along with french fries. The location was great for local people watching. The only downside is the lack of beer or wine available, but they pointed us to Pub Corn just a few blocks up the street. read more
