I don't have too many splurges these days but one thing I will consistently splurge on is a good blowout and this place delivers. I've been here twice and both times what I've appreciated most is the efficiency of the experience. I show the stylist a picture of what I'm looking for, my hair is washed thoroughly, and then there's about 30 minutes of styling. All in all, I'm usually done in 45 minutes or less and my hair looks gorgeous. The cost of the blowout is $60 (plus tip) so it's a little luxury but it's not too wild (and still wayyy cheaper than DryBar). Will be making this my go to spot for those special occasion blowouts! read more

I want to preface this my saying that mistakes happen, that's part of life in general, and of course, in a business. The mistake is not the issue...it's the fact that there was NO apology. On 10/29/25 I received a text from Ciao Bella (I was previously a customer), for $10 off a blowout. On 11/1/25 I called at 3:44 PM to make an appointment for the next day (11/2/25), at 3 PM for a blowout. I immediately received a text confirmation of the appointment. I arrived on 11/2 for the appointment, the woman at the front told me they didn't have me down for an appointment. I showed her the text confirmation. She said they had no one who could take me then and then called a different woman and explained the problem. She then put the woman on speaker, and the woman asked me if I had made the appointment online or on the phone. I told her it had been on the phone, and showed the woman in front of me the phone log from my phone, showing I had called. The woman on the phone said, "Well, the thing is, whenever an appointment is made, it goes into the system." I said, "Ok, but I have the text confirmation, so clearly the appointment was made." She asked, "Do you remember who you spoke with?" I replied, "That's not on me to keep track of that information. I have a text confirmation." Then the woman in front of me takes the phone off speaker and I'm hearing conversation along the lines of, "Yeah, I don't know what happened." I asked her, "Who was here yesterday?" She answered, "I was the only one here.." I said, "Do you remember making this appointment." She answered, "No." At this point I told her the truth (the other woman was still on the line), and said, "I'm leaving, I don't even live in the area, I came here just for this." She follows me out the door and says, "We will offer you a complimentary blowout on a different day." I replied, "Again, I don't live in the area, I came for this. Also, if the woman on the phone had apologized EVEN ONCE instead of repeatedly saying she didn't know what happened, it would have been ok." read more

Worst experience ever! I had an appointment at 3:45 I checked in via the text link I was sent. I was then given a message that they would send me a message once they were ready for me. 15 mins had passed so I called to see if they had an eta on when it would be my turn. I was then told in a very rude way that she had been waiting and could no longer take me due to the time that had passed. I then asked why was I told to would get a message once they were ready and she said she didn't know. I was then charged a late fee and canceled. Worst service I have ever received. I booked an appointment last minute as I didn't have time to do my hair for a night out. I went it with low expectations just cause I hadn't been before, I have long hair and it's hard to get a good blow out. To my surprise, it came out so good and lasted me a week. I went back 2 weeks later to get another blow out and it was just as great that I decided to join their blow out club promo for 2 blow outs a month. It was great until it wasn't. First, after going there for almost a year, I learned that there were hidden cameras everywhere except the bathroom. And I mean everywhere. There was no sign in the entire place indicating that we were being watched. Creepy. Against the law. I had pneumonia last month. The manager, Nicole, was very gracious and waived the $25 last-minute charge. When I needed to cancel the next day because I was still very sick, the owner charged me. Apparently, pneumonia wasn't enough to make this establishment waive the fee. She and I had a "conversation", and she said she was willing to lose me as a customer who came to her salon THREE times a month. She reminded me that I agreed to her policy, and she needed to make a point more than she needed the business. Stupid is as stupid does. Curiously, when my stylist was a no-show, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone else to take me (I ended up leaving because I would have had to wait another 15 minutes), I wasn't offered anything to make up for the inconvenience. My stylist, Olivia, had extremely long nails that were scratching my scalp and pulling at my hair. My stylist was also clearly sick, and was coughing and sniffling during the appointment. This was not great, but I understand that things happen. It would have been nice and considerate of her to at least wear a mask if decides to work in close contact with others while still sick. What was really upsetting was that they didn't use heat protectant- I had to ask halfway through the blowout for her to please use it. I feel like that should go without saying. My blowout was bedraggled and flat, but what's far worse in my opinion is causing long-term damage to my hair by not using heat protectant. I will not be returning read more

I came in for the first time for a blowout and added a 10 minute scalp massage. My scalp massage was very nice but lasted maybe three minutes. (It was $20) For the blowout, I asked for volume, and I left with incredibly flat hair. I tried everything to salvage it but could not and ended up putting my hair up for an event I had to attend. read more

Firstly, the front desk lady & the one who did my hair are very kind and wonderful to talk to! They asked many times if I wanted anything to drink and if I was comfortable. However, my hair was not done how I wanted. This salon does only blowouts-which is exactly what I wanted! But instead I got super sleek straight hair. I have attached the references I showed her, and my hair right when I got home. While the hair was beautiful and soft, it was just not what I asked for. I wanted a blowout for volume and a bit of a curl. I am too shy to speak up yet I even asked if she could curl the ends and she simply said "No". Had an appointment on 01/24 Saturday at 10AM with Vivian. Two days prior I called and ask I have clip on extensions would the stylist be able to clip them in for me. They said yes and I asked can she style my blowout half up, as I am happy to pay an additional cost as I had an event that day at 5 PM and would love my hair styled for the event. they assured me they could for additional cost which I happily accepted. I arrived and explained my hair is thin and I usually require dry shampoo even after washing because my scalp does get oily quickly. The stylist said actually that would be best for the style. I became quiet as I thought I booked a blowout and style. I should have spoken up but she is the stylist and knows best so maybe my hair shouldn't get washed so she just loaded my hair with dry shampoo. Which I was kinda disappointed because the point I booked this was to get my hair washed, blown out but if it was the best for my style I took in stride and continued on with my appointment. She took out my extensions and put them in opposite order that they need to be installed but once again she is the professional and I though it was due to me asking to put my hair half up she put the opposite order so one small clip section then the two then the 3 and at the top the the longest and thickest one that usually goes at the bottom of your hair. As I said my hair is thin at the top as I even shared with her I was going through hair thinning due medication side effects so it is something I am hyper aware of and self conscious about. She assured me she will make my hair look amazing so I trusted her. When we got to the top she couldn't do the half up as my hair couldn't hide the clip in. Which I believe is because she did the longest thick row at the top of my scalp instead of the thinnest ones. So I became hyper aware of my thinning hair and I stayed quiet as I felt I was causing more trouble for her. I kept my cool and decided to roll with it and said I was okay with anything that would hide the extensions and make my hair look full. It was agreed to just pin my hair up a little instead the half up. She asked to take before and after pictures which I agreed. So she started curling my hair and pinning it. She asked if I would like the pins to stay. I felt guilty at this point as she has been working my hair for awhile and I brought up her before and after pictures and ask if my hair will stay if I don't keep the pins. She said yes she thought so. So I trusted her judgment and agreed plus I did want her to style my hair as I was paying the extra cost. The hair turned out beautifully. It was curled and had volume. I left at 11:40 AM from the salon. I paid and went on my day but before 2 PM my hair was flat and curls were gone and my extension were tangled. I could also feel my extensions falling off my actual hair. At this point I knew I couldn't save the hairstyle that was completed. So I had to undo everything. Took out my extensions. I didn't know how to put them back on that's why I paid professional to do them. So I couldn't place them back on. I Re-did my curls with a lot more product than I would have used if I just did at home so my hair was just hard to manage. So I did what I could and went to my event with hair I didn't like. So in hind sight I got no wash or blow out and my hair did not last to the event I originally booked and paid extra for. I have never complained on Yelp so this is a first but after paying $150 for my hair and I got zero that was promised I am going on yelp. I left a voicemail the same day of my appointment and requested to talk to a manager about my experience but no call back. read more

Just had a lovely experience at Ciao Bella. I was greeted by Diane and Nancy in the front desk area. I was offered some champagne to wine down and relax. Everything was clean. The salon was super cute - loved all the black walls and gold accents. My stylist's name was Allison. She took me to the back to get my hair washed. I told her I needed a double wash, then she conditioned me after wards. I wanted a blowout with a cross between curls and beach wavy hair - nothing super crazy. She started off by blow drying my hair and waving it at the same time. She finished with a curling wand to add stronger curls since I told her my hair isn't that great at holding curls. She finished by combing out my curls then using a spray to hold it altogether. Overall, I was definitely satisfied with my experience. I went to Ciao Bella before an event. I was excited about getting my hair done and not having to stress about doing it myself. Well... unfortunately that was not my experience. I was greeted and brought over to the station where then stylist asked me "what are we doing?" I really didn't know. I had only ever been to blow dry salons where they gave me a "menu" with photos and different styling ideas. I kind of just said, I am good with a basic bouncy blowout. Next I was taken to the washing station. My hair was not washed thoroughly. Then, on top of my poorly shampooed hair came layers and layers of product. I have naturally thick and wavy hair that usually holds curl well, but it was so bogged down with product that it looked like it was still wet. yuck! The products are also very strong smelling. the smell lasted in my hair even after subsequent washes. I had to put dry shampoo and curl some pieces myself when i got home. Bryan was my hair stylist and was so gentle with me. The owner made sure that my shoulder was in good hands and for the first time in weeks, I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Very nice place! I'm always looking for a great blow out salon near home. I did have to drive 20min, but it wasn't horrible. Very beautiful inside and very kind staff. Easy to book online, no waiting, wonderful hair wash (you know what I mean), hair blown out, and curled how we asked. We had pictures later on so they kept tighter curls for us so they wouldn't fall. They made sure to ask us everything we wanted. They offered beverages once we were seated after our wash. I had bubbles and my daughter had water.
