It has been one week since my pedicure. Let the pictures tell the story. Now I have to apply a special cream twice a day and take a pill every morning until this clears up!! I will never go back. I tried calling the owner but he was completely incompetent and could not hold a conversation, it's not even worth my time I will pay to have this go away and just never go back! read more

My appointment on 9/3 they were kind enough to work me in for a pedicure. I wore a mask. There were no signs posted asking clients to wear a mask. No COVID screening performed. I was escorted by a male to my chair. He was less than 6 feet away w/o a mask, talking to me. He stated "you do not have to wear a mask we don't require it" I stated I prefer to wear a mask. The nail tech had a nail client, she was wearing gloves a mask and had a plexiglass separator on her station. She paused the nail client and came to do my pedicure. She did not wear gloves while working on me and paused several time to check on the nail client. The tech did not wash her hands or sanitize her hands when she moved between clients. In addition, there was an elec breaker that tripped while I was there. This stopped air movement, some lights and music. It was clear from the conversation between the staff it was a recurring issue. Please help me and others in the Rome community to ensure Ciao Belle uses CDC recommended processes for COVID 19. Please assist the Rome Community's safety by ensuring Ciao Belle's electrical issues are resolved ensuring the safety of their clients. read more

My first time here and my first experience was amazing! The staff is so friendly and the owner actually works here which is nice to see these days. The atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable and not to mention, this place is very upscale in decor. I love the style! I will definitely be coming back here! The massage was ok, ive definitely had better in Rome, but what got me was the guy at the check in counter, the counter was right next to the room where I was getting a massage and I was a little uncomfortable with a guy sitting right outside the door, even if he is harmless read more
