I used this ATM previously w/o issues. Others were using this ATM w/o issues. But, when I requested a 5000 peso ($250 US) withdrawal it only dispensed 400 peso ($20 US)! I mmediately brought the 400 peso along w receipt into branch and was just greeted w a shrug. Returned next day to follow up, same uncaring cant do anything attitude. I contacted my bank and disputed amount but 2 weeks later and Im still short my $230.00. I put a tweet w pic on CIBANCO Twitter page and Facebook, the Twitter was BLOCKED! What are they hiding?
