Unfortunately, some of the negative comments were left by people that joined the competition team. The team is required to sign a contract, not recreational dancers. I have never had a problem with the financial obligations or the quality of the lessons. Heck, they even break up the recital costumes and fees into 3 payments to make it easier for parents! Although Ms. Brittany seems to be as sweet as Texas iced tea, her business skills and etiquette are quite lacking. She is downright rude and unreasonable when it comes to certain things, and who in this day and age does not have a phone contact for their business, so the number I've listed is as close as you'll get to trying to contact her. I've pulled my child out of her classes and enrolled her at another studio where they want and genuinely seem to appreciate my business.

It's undeniable how much these teachers love what they do! They are such great mentors. The dancers are also so supportive of each other! It's amazing to be in an atmosphere where everyone really builds up those around them. They are definitely one big family! I love the fact that Premiere is involved in the community and thrives on outreach. The dancers get the privilege of performing at various venues while really making a positive impact. The company dancers also get the opportunity to attend YAGP, the world's largest international ballet/contemporary competition which offers incredible scholarships and training opportunities.

If you call and leave a message good luck getting that returned as well. My daughter barely learned her routine in time for recital which was another $150 for fees and costumes. They have all year so what they were waiting for I don't know. And she still hasn't learned classic french positioning names. The main saving grace for this school is I can say my daughter is in ballet and it's less than $100 a month. Wish other schools in the area would come down some on their prices and we'd switch. Maybe if hubby gets that promotion we'll switch this year. And there is no where for parents to sit. Brand new studio and there are no mom rooms, no benches, they just throw a bunch of chairs here and there. They really should have had done more research on ballet studios before they built out the new space. And if someone brings a friend or their mother, forget it, you the paying customer have no where to sit. All in all, if you can afford it, go to queindit ballet or performing arts in the villages of stone oak. If you are on a budget and just want your child in ballet, then this is ok.

The interior of this historic building is stunning- bright crystal chandeliers, original hardwood flooring. Gas lights, a beautiful staircase, high ceilings- it feels grand and elegant, but still accessible. And speaking of being accessible- Rob and Diane create a fun, convivial atmosphere. Rob makes it a point to welcome and include everyone, and Diane is keenly aware of the learning level in the room, so picking up on their instruction is almost effortless. Huge age range and mix of people attending the classes, which are tailored for experience. Beginners' class is at 7:30; there's also an intermediate class held on the adjacent dance space for those with dreams of fancier footwork. It's so nice to leave an event feeling exhilarated, like you got a good workout, and that you learned something you can build on. Highly recommended- go try a lesson and see for yourself!
