Recently one of their bottles shattered on me while filling my vape causing juice to splatter everywhere including into my eyes. After cleaning up the mess and rinsing my eyes several times, I headed back to the store with the broken bottle to show them. the sales rep asked if the bottle was cold when it broke and I replied it was not. That was all they said. Not a " we're sorry that happened to you" or " are you alright?" Not an offer for a small discount on a new bottle. I would contact the owner but there is no contact info on their website.

I would rate this shop on the top next to cigar internationals when it comes to cigar choices and supplies. If you're in the Cochranville area, which is just south of Gap PA and you need some good cigars. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They have a phenomenal selection and at reasonable prices. Guy behind the counter didn't try to update me showed me lighter selection and encouraged my wife and I to take a look at the cigar selection. Who am I to argue. Great selection found a cigar I enjoy My Father - Blue Label and Davidoff Late Hour petites. The wife selected a Kentucky Fire cured. All priced appropriately. The entrance to the lounge is in the humidor so we paid and the cashier said sure go enjoy. Water is in the fridge help yourself. A couple "regulars" in the lounge watching college football. After small conversations they offered to put in the UGA game for her. Several large screen tvs (not too loud), chairs were arranged decent not crowded. Felt right at home! Great staff, Great selection and Nice lounge. Highly recommend.

The owner and his wife both work there they are so unbelievably friendly. He has been there since 2008 and is a local community staple. They have just recently remodeled and expanded into the building next to them to provide a wider selection of products. They have a customer loyalty point system for the reoccurring shoppers that can collect points for discounts. If he does not have what you're looking for he will order anything you want. They have few employees, but they are all very loyal and very, very friendly. I enjoy visiting this place on a daily basis. They are also still currently expanding their selection of smoking apparatus and more. Their cigarettes and items are discounted based upon the points system and the buy one get one discount. Their prices are very reasonable, and cheaper than the local convenience stores.
