Between the discounts, private humidor locker, private rooms, and the massage chairs and golf simulation, you won't regret it. Don't want to be a member? That's ok too. The "non-member" section is just as luxurious. Enough leather chairs for you and your friends and a huge projection tv to watch whatever current game is on. The owner and bar tenders make rounds and makes sure you have everything you need. If you are looking for a place to grab a few sticks then definitely check it out. There are many comfortable places to sit with tons of TVs to watch any of your favorite shows. Honestly, I'm glad I found this place. The humidor isn't huge. It's not tiny, and they at least keep a decent selection for the space, but if you're looking for a place to go frequently, and you always want to try something new, you may run into trouble finding "new" after awhile, depending on how frequently you go. The staff, however, is phenomenal. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I've had probably five or six men or women help me, and it's always been a good experience. The seating accommodations might be the best in the area. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Laid out well. And I was even invited to hang out in the members' area when they were getting close to closing, since nobody else was in the place. Made me want to become a member. VERY nice. Finally, there's the fact that they serve drinks. I don't know what all goes into making that a possibility, as I know it's difficult from a legal standpoint, but I'm thankful they do it. Drink selection is really good, too, and the drink prices are shockingly reasonable (compared to buying at a bar). Even though they don't have the absolute best cigar selection in the area, this is THE place to go in the area if you're looking to sit and relax for a few hours while enjoying a good stick or two. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the young lady was actually nice however I called before driving all the way here to inquire about a gift card. You would think if the staff wasn't trained they would've called to find out how to process the transaction. Instead I get here and the nice young lady attempts to call the person who could tell her how to do it not once but 3 times while I waited. She apologized but I still wasted my time and energy coming here since I wasn't able to get the card. Annoyed! The place is nice though! read more

Found this on my way back to Cleveland from the Pro Football Hall of Fame...very pleasant surprise. Above average humidor, very roomy and comfortable seating with lots of TVs along with some private area for members. Tia is a very pleasant an accommodating host and bartender that offers a nice selection of bourbons, whiskeys and more. read more

This may sound crazy, I didn't even smoke. I just went by out of curiosity when I found this place on yelp looking to buy a cigar for a friend that smokes birthday gift. I went to another place that was closer to me but this place looked like the type of place I would want to hang out if I were a smoker. I was correct! A full bar in the large open area, big leather seats a full wall screen for a television and that is only one of many. There is a virtual golf screen in the private area that is also for rent on an hourly basis for nonmembers and several other things that I can't remember. This place is cool as heck. So, if you do smoke and you like hanging out in a cigar bar this is your place. Tyler who was on staff at the time was really great and informative. I sat at the bar and had a drink.
