Hello, Last night friday the 25th January 2013 I bought a cigg-e tank system for the first time. I was desperate to buy a tank system as I was fed up charging my e cig. Having looked at numerous you tube videos and confusing myself with different terminology I came across cigg-e. There was a mobile number, although the address said cardiff. I phoned the number and Lee answered. He was very polite and informative . NOW this bit really surprised me Lee said the shop was opening next friday so if I wanted to I could call around his house! Therefore, desperate for an e cig fix I went around to his house on a friday evening. All I can say is WHAT A GENTLEMAN!!! He not only sat me down and explained everything to me. Amanda his good lady let me try a few mixtures of different flavours and strengths, no extra charge! We discussed how I smoked? How often? Which battery I would need etc. Eventually nearly two hours later I left on a menthol mix! Today, I being a complete technophobe phoned Lee to ask how to turn it off .:) He phoned me back, asked me how I was getting on and duly gave me the instruction on how to turn it off. I have been in business for a number of years in the retail trade. All I can say is if you have been watching Mr Selfridge on ITV on a sunday evening then it was like that. I started smoking at a very young age (biggest regret of my life), and have for the last 20 years been trying to give up. I have tried everything to give up fags including patches, tablets, inhalators, chewing gum, you name it I've tried it. After having recently lost my mother to lung cancer I knew that if I didn't try again then in years to come I would also suffer as history of lung cancer in family. I had heard about Cigg-e through friends and decided to yet again try and give up!! I bought the Cigg-e approx 6 weeks ago and initially I was still smoking 1 or 2 cigarettes a day as could not give up totally, don't know why as I found the Cigg-e to be really satisfying as still felt like I was smoking, but psychologically still wanted a real one, anyway best friend also bought a Cigg-e and gave up cigarettes straight away, so 2 weeks ago I gave up the real cigarettes for good. I smoked Tobacco for 16 yrs,used to roll my own,I started smoking a very young age,prior was Normal Cigarettes,have tried so many times to give up Cigarettes,Patches,you name it I have tried it. Well I am 8 weeks into no fags and cannot believe it. Wasn't really thinking about giving up smoking but after smoking from a very very young age and for the last 37 years and ending up on a 20 a day rolly habit. My little boy was nagging me to stop killing myself. My hubby decided to buy one for my birthday. After months of nagging by my wife asking me to stop smoking, I finally decided to give it a go I agreed from New Years Day that I would try to quit smoking. This morning (2nd Day without a cigarette) I was going out of my mind, the intense craving was driving me nuts!! I have just visited the shop and in a nutshell, what a great shop. It looks great and I love the idea of a community place for people to meet and have tea/coffee. I think it's amazing that these great people have been and are going to be helping many people get off tobacco smoking. Lee is a great source of information. I've been using E-cigs for the last 5 months or so. I didn't actually know there was a company in Cardiff till yesterday. I took a friend who wanted to try e-cigs. Hearing the advice that Lee gave my friend made me really happy. Lee knows his products and the other products on the market. Its great for people who are starting out as they will have a source of information that will get them started a lot easier than when I started. It also means that I have a place for advice and to find out more on new things on the market. I'm currently on day 5 of not smoking thanks to cigg-e. I tried endlessly to quit smoking with traditional methods, to no avail. but since getting my e cigg I haven't even wanted a real fag. The only problem I have encountered was when i forgot to charge my e cigg and the battery run out on the way to work. by the end of my shift I was offered a real fag, but i turned it down as i felt i was craving the vapour and not the smoke and managed to make it home without falling off the wagon. I'd also like to add, the customer service in the shop is without a doubt the best I've had when buying anything, they sit you down let your try the different vapours and answer all your questions. Having been a smoker for almost 20 years I first tried this product in December 2012. Its now April and I still haven't had a cigarette and don't want one. Ive noticed a huge difference in my health, Im fitter than I have ever been and Ive also noticed a difference in my wallet. I spend in a week, what I was spending every day. I started using my Cigg-e yesterday whilst I only had about 15 cigarettes left and was feeling a bit anxious about running out of normal cigs so I had a few normal then used the Cigg-e then back to normal and trying to go longer between the two. By the time I was getting to the last of my cigs I actually hated the taste and was glad they were all gone! I have given up many times in the past but feel that this time the Cigg-e will help me to stay off them for good. I am absolutely thrilled and delighted with my new Cigg-e SlimJim. Gone is the smoky clothing and breath, while my nicotine needs are amply satisfied. Also the fiddly attractions of opening packs, lighting up, tapping ash and so on are easily replaced by starting the battery, topping up the liquid and general dexterity requirements. I am now one happy bunny. Just purchased my first starter kit from cigg-e and I now know that I can continue to be a smoker. I had purchased a few ecigs from tescos which were fine for stopping the craving for a smoke and I think that these are excellent aids of you seriously want to quit smoking. I have been a die hard smoker for 40 years & have tried just about every method to quit on the market, including a course on Champix last year. This is the first time that I have felt confident that I am going to succeed this early. i have been smoking cigarettes for 22 years and tried a cigg-e purely in the hope of slowing my 30 a day habit down. After a week I have not had a single cigarette and the transition to a cigg-e has been surprisingly straight forward.
