They were going to charge us $100/month to rent the scooter that insurance wouldn't cover. Knight rented a scooter to us for $40/month. The guy was super helpful & said we could extend our rental over the phone if we needed to. I highly recommend these folks!

For months she has been calling about problems with her portable oxygen concentrator. Each time she called, the customer service representative talked over her and insisted the issue was simply that she needed to plug it into a different outlet. she repeatedly explained that this was NOT a charging issue, but her concerns were dismissed instead of being properly addressed. Now her machine has stopped working entirely and is showing an "out of O2/CO2" error. When she called again for help, she was told that no technician would be available in her area until Wednesday. This is unacceptable when the equipment involved is life-sustaining medical equipment. If someone had actually listened when she first reported the problem months ago, this situation likely could have been prevented. Patients who depend on oxygen cannot simply go without their portable machine for days. I hope Lincare takes this seriously and improves both their customer service and response time for critical medical equipment issues.

They constantly call me about for instance a new cpap mask frame. I have serveral as they seldom wear out and the cushions are normally all you need along with a new head strap on occasion. The frame price is rediculous and that is why they push it so. I keep telling them I don't need it yet but have trouble getting a new head strap which is just a few dollars.
