This great marketplace has excellent shopping, wonderful food and even plenty of items to buy from the Besiktas soccer team. I spent an entire afternoon here just wandering around and meeting some very nice people. If you are thinking about visit the Besiktas marketplace while in Turkey I would highly suggest this. Besiktas is also close to the golden horn where there is some excellent historical sites and mosques to visit. Be sure to eat the Sultan Ahmedt meatballs just near the center of the golden horn.

And I never get this 10-minute break in the middle of the movies in Istanbul! The popcorn was perfect though :)) The movie? The Hobbit. Well, I am not a fan of this RING but enjoyed the action on IMAX 3D screen.
