Total disregard for safety of customers! They restrict exit after afternoons movies to back of mall! Ask security for directions and he ushered me out the rear mall! So 25 minute walk later I'm in my truck out in front of mall! I wrote to city mayor of how people have to walk thru dark vacant areas for about about a mile in over 100 temperatures. I walked with an elderly couple that were older then me probably in there seventies! No warnings no one directing people how to return to vehicles without the dark vacant area walk. So I asked the mayor to close them for late afternoon movies if they can't assure everyone could safely return the way they entered to their vehicles! I'm from out of town! Just to let you know, Inder and Satana at customer service 1-800-246-3627, have told me that gift cards, even after been moved in to your account, cannot be used for anything in your $11 a month account. I just paid full price to see Deadpool. Maybe it was an opening day thing, but everyone seemed nice. I have no problems with the brick and mortar. Maybe they are upset at the 3rd party people, like I am. The ONLY problems I have ever had with this movie house have been 100% with the website, and now, from their customer service providers. Sad that this is the state of theatre entertainment in town. Dirty seats, no a/c and understaffed, coupled with rude, loud and awful patrons makes going to the theatre an abhorrent experience. Not to mention the rising cost of movie tickets. I had forgotten why we hadn't gone to the movies in a while. And now I know. Next time I'm out of town I'll watch the latest movie, or rent it on Amazon for waaaaaaaay cheaper than the theatre. And people are amazed as to why we barely have two theaters. This specific location is very busy. I cant help but notice the very filthy lobby /snack area. The entire floor is dirty with popcorn and napkins and nobody is seen cleaning or trying to clean. This Does not help the theatre's business. Just my opinion read more

Worst customer service. Waited on line for 25 minutes to order a combo and told by the Oscar the manager that I need to get to another line to purchase the movie tickets. All the touch screens were not working and the ticket booths were closed. read more

Selection of movies is great! The fact that you can reserve your seats beforehand is excellent plus the reclining chairs are a plus. BUT the most annoying this is the lines and the time you spent at the concession stands. It becomes annoying and frustrating... we do have a movie to attend to and we don't want to be in line for 30 min; defeats the purpose of not having to rush to the theater... you really do or you'll miss the beginning of your movie even though you have assigned seats. With what they charge each item at the concession, I don't see how they can't afford to hire more staff. Half of the registers are closed at all times. Unfortunate. read more

Wow...!!! I'm so impressed with all the recent changes this movie theater has made. They have all been for the best. Well for starters customer service is way better. So many choices to pick from for what you crave. Popcorn, hotdogs, flammin hot Cheetos with cheese, Icy's, candies, and so much more. Don't forget about your reward points to get free stuff. Now they have the custom luxury loungers that recline. They are so awesome. You can basically recline the seat back and enjoy the movie. It's a newer way greater experience..!!! I really recommend and see for yourself. I recently saw the movie Rogue One for Star Wars and I highly recommend it. Well i know I'm coming back soon..!!! read more

The going conversation my fiancee and i have alot is that customer service is dead. They get you in when you buy your ticket with an impressive seat chart and recliner seating. Then the say we don't care about the concessions by making you wait in a line for 30 minutes for a flat soda and cold popcorn with young untrained staff to man the registers. Our cashier told us that she was out of dr pepper and we said is every machine out she went to next soda machine and got the soda. The whole theater had trash in all corners and staff had no clue on what to do. read more

In all my life (over 50 years), I've never been to a movie theater that had popcorn all over the floor in the main lobby. It seemed normal to everyone around. No one was even trying to keep the place presentable. I travel with my husband all over the country and this was a first. Management should be ashamed. read more

Don't go here guys! If you buy a drink a large by itself there is NO FREE REFILL WHICH IS FUCKING STUPID BECAUSE PAYING $5.35 for a large coke gets you one drink. They said quote on quote "you must buy the combo in order to get the refill." Stupid excuse ever! Never coming back here because it's a freaking rip off. Like I don't want to buy the combo, I just want my coke and most theater I've been to has free refill, this is why people go to regals or Alamo draft house. Also worst services from the staff, they told me I needed to show them my id for a rated R movie which I did and I'm over 21, then they said my niece needed an id to get a ticket. Like really? She being accompanied by ME! What you don't think I'm over 21? Worst place to go to see a freaking movie, you're lucky it's cheap on Tuesday but services is horrible. Unbelievable. We like very much to go to Cubemark at Mall del Norte. Seats are very comfortable. But today they didn't allow us to enter, arguing I couldn't go inside with my purse. We check, and the measure allowed was 12"×12". My purse was 8"×8". Besides the lady that supposedly was the manager, was rude. Telling us to go and leave the purse in th car or else, ask for your money back in the ticket office. read more

Seats are great since they recline. Concessions are expensive like everywhere. Food menu is poor and alcohol is pathetic.

Not alot of parking, snacks are good and the seats are good. Audience is So and So. I dont know why people bring their babies with them in the theaters. read more
