Recently though, we went to to see Wicked for Good on Christmas Day. The staffers at the ticket scanning area were all friendly and nice on Christmas. We took the escalator to the second floor theaters. When we were close to the top, I looked back and down to see the concession stand and lobby on the first. I had a flashback to the 90s. Despite AMC Wayne in need of a refresh or update, it looked to us like the theater still is well maintained and kept clean. The only negative thing that happened involved the lights not being lowered/turned off. Wicked for Good started and the house lights were still 100% on. My husband ended up going downstairs to the ticket scanners to ask them to rectify the situation and shut off the lights. Things happen, but it was surprising it happened. The important thing is that they resolved the issue.

The attendants at the concessions were very nice and quick with our order. The popcorn does sit there for a bit, which is different than with other movie theaters I have been to lately, but it's all about demand so if no one is getting it, I get that it makes no sense to continuously make it. The parking lot is a bit tight, I think it would be a good idea to expand into the lot behind as we had to sit for a bit and wait for someone to leave.

IPic already sets a high bar for the movie theater experience, but this location clears it. Looking forward to many more movies here. Also, there is a parking lot across the street. The concession stand moves quickly and customer service is good. Food portions are fair as well. They also have a self serve soda machine with the coolest option to add syrup to your drinks. Bathrooms were pretty clean. I recommend checking out this theater if you are looking to see a movie in the area.
