I follow these guys on Instagram, so when i decided to go see Beyoncé and Jay Z in Orlando with my…read moresister, we decided to also make it our first Disney trip. So we named our trip OTR 2 Disney (on the run was the tour name). I ordered the shirts well into advance for my trip, and was happy that it was ready right on time. There was a little mixup with the shirt when i first went to pick it up, it only had the OTR on it. I informed Gary of the mistake, and he ensured me that he can fix both shirts within 20 mins if i don't mind waiting. I made sure to explain i wanted Disney red (the red that is the same color as Disney) along with an official Disney logo so it doesn't look cheap, and he did exactly what i wanted. Also, he does all sizes. My sister is a small, and i am and XL to 2x and we didn't have any issues with sizing. The tshirts fit perfectly and they were super soft as well. (Score!) All in all, i would highly recommend these guys (Ben and Gary) for any custom items. I'm planning another Disney trip this summer with the family, and will more than likely purchase again for all of us. Thanks so much for the great customer service, and the shirt.
