Requested a simple 1 inch hem to legs and indicated on repair tag. The bottom of coveralls were snagging the bottom of my shoes when walking. Got them all back and they were all hemmed ABOVE my ankle(4-5 inches)!!!!! Now they have to be replaced with new ones and the process will have to start over!!!!! Do NOT USE Cintas! This is the number one worst company ever. They can't spell names correctly on the tags ,they can't give additional name tags because they keep forgetting for weeks. They can't seem to give us more than one roll of paper towels a week and I asked for new uniforms and they give me a bunch of used uniforms with old nametags ripped off. They look terrible. I pay for brand new ones and they give me used ones. When it comes to raising prices that's no problem for them then they screw up even more. When you're stuck in a five-year contract it doesn't matter how bad they are you can't get out of it. I would never recommend this company for any type of uniforms. read more
