They say it's like that because there is already another Rob in my facility. What are going to do to the next one who comes in? Spell it with 3 T's at the end. There's a number specific to my account why can't they use that instead of going off the name on the paper? Been trying to fix it for 9 months. Steer clear of these idiots.
