Uniforms are consistently sent back unwashed, ripped, missing buttons or with tags still attached. Uniforms consistently delivered incorrectly (wrong number of shirts and/or pants) for all of our employees. I have to call at least 2-3 times a month to have them correct this. When you walk in, the employees are SO rude (If one even comes out to help you). They are not very willing to be the person who helps you and act as if you are bothering them being there. Horrible customer service. Just awful. Only 1 man in customer service (Dennis, Adonis? unsure he is hard to understand and mumbles) and he is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. He talks over you when you are trying to explain issues and refuses to transfer you to anyone else who may be able help.
