I purchased a used 2007 FJ Cruiser with a cash purchase. My salesman, Dan Highes was professional, and recommended a used Toyota FJ Cruiser to replace the Jeep I have had for 17 years, and allowed me to test drive it. I lightly negotiated on the already reasonable price, and requested that the car be undercoated and alignment fixed. Both of those requests were met to my satisfaction, in addition to them detailing the vehicle for me. Dan was great to point me in the direction of the perfect vehicle. It would have been nice to go over all the features of the vehicle in more detail as I discovered there are a few off-roading buttons that I have no idea how to use, but almost accidentally pressed on my drive home (A-Trak, Differential Lock). However, with the internet, I'll figure out what they do. Not a big deal...but I would recommend that they acclimate the sales people with all buttons and features so that they can de-brief customers on all functionality while at the dealership. The only drawback during the purchase process was spending well over an hour sitting, waiting to pay for my vehicle. Since the price was agreed upon on my first visit, I was hoping to be in and out quickly and on my way to get some dinner. I arrived at 7:15 and left just before 9:00. That's very long when all I need to do is look at the vehicle, and write a check. On a positive note, their personnel are professional and personable. They met my minor vehicle requests without any issues. The dealership is clean, and modern looking. The music is lame but they have to already know that...I was only there for about 2 hours and the music was bland-rock. I don't even know if that is a music category, but it is the only way I would describe it. Ciocca is a car dealership...it should be fun and exciting to look at cars. Get some tunes to match. Their salespeople and customers will thank them for it. Overall, Ciocca is a very good business with good, ethical people. I trust them. read more

I should have looked at the reviews on here before I took my Bronco in for "The Works". They haven't had more than a 1 Star rating since March 10, 2020 when nobody was allowed out of their homes. Anyway, I took my 2023 Ford Bronco Wild Track in for the Works and figured it would cost around what it did the previous time I took it there which was $75 (roughly). I dropped it off on Saturday morning and it was done as scheduled, but I got a text alerting me that everything checked out and that I need nothing. The next text message asked if I wanted to use my Ford Pass rewards worth $155.00 towards the cost, so I promptly replied YES to the text. I dropped my wife off to go in and get the keys and she said that she had to pay an additional $47.42. $202.42 in total since I guess they had to literally send someone to the Strait of Hormuz to get my oil. Regular Synthetic Blend as recommended, by the way. I made a few calls to speak to someone, but it seems they don't care so I'll go somewhere where they have less losers for employees. read more

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. My girlfriend purchased a used Subaru from them, and right before selling it to her, the dealership installed new lower control arms. As it needed them to pass inspection. Unfortunately, the lower control arm bolts were not properly torqued during installation, which caused the bolts to loosen over time and created a major safety issue. As someone familiar with cars, this is completely unacceptable. Suspension components are critical safety items, and improperly torqued control arm bolts like this can potentially lead to loss of control or even a wheel / knuckle assembly coming off while driving. This vehicle was driven over an hour each way from and back to the dealership before the issue was discovered. With no compensation This was not a small oversight as it's three fasteners that hold the lower control arm to the knuckle and mounts. It was negligent workmanship that could have had very serious consequences. I strongly Do NOT recommend having any vehicle purchased and if you do take it to a independent garage or different dealer that is competent enough to ensure the job is done right and you or your family is safe while driving. The vehicle will be going through an advanced inspection to ensure there was no more oversights or safety issues as I value the safety of the driver. read more

Main reason I stopped going there because they did the same to me. One thing taking advantage of working people but when they start targeting elderly on a fixed income. Blue certified means they didn't look at it at all and hope you don't either. If you do have an issue, blue certified guarentees they will make the problem worse and charge you more. STAY FAR AWAY! This place is the exact example of a "Stealership." I am 100 percent convinced they messed up my truck on purpose to con you into spending more money with them. I took my truck to them because the USB wasn't working all the time. Whatever they did to my radio, it wouldn't turn off. I called them and they took the vehicle back the next day and told me I needed a battery, which obviously was because the screen stayed on all night, but now I was stuck so I just paid for the $300 dollar battery replacement which is outrageous. They told me they were the only ones that can change these batteries, which I found out was obviously a lie. . They said they tried to update it but it wouldn't update. The service scapegoat, who must have a law degree the way they lie and beat around the bush to you, also told me that they were the only ones that could update the radio, which also was a complete lie. They still could not fix the radio staying on after the vehicle was off and locked and told me I needed a new part which would cost $1500 to repair, I said no and took my truck back. They assured me it wouldn't kill my battery and would turn off after a while. 4 days later, of course my brand new $300 dollar battery is dead. I had to pull the fuse till I figured this out. I called them back and they said the only thing to fix it would be to put the $1500 APIM in it. Fast forward 2 weeks after some research I found that I could update the radio myself with a $5 dollar USB. After updating it, problem solved. They almost scammed me out of $1700. STAY AWAY! Don't even trust them with your oil, they messed that up too and threw a code on my truck. read more

Only because zero stars wasn't an option. My 2015 Ford Fusion had had four issues with the battery now. "Bring it in, we will take care of it." That means they'll take care of it when it's convenient for them to do so. They were quick to offer help and have yet to take care of such. How does a brand new car have so many issues so quickly? Battery is dead, battery gets jumped, cool. A few days later the battery has a little juice but not enough to turn over and it's now an electric issue. People always said, "don't get a Ford, go foreign." I wish I'd have listened. This wasn't even the only family member who had an issue with this dealership. Is it that difficult to treat people with respect and decency or can you just hide behind the veil that it's the factory's fault? Fast Forward to 2018 (march) When i originally leased the car i was told that I could return it with up to 4k in light damages (scratches, paint, etc) and utilize the difference in or towards a new car. When i went to end the lease after the 3 years, I was told not only did said "deal" not exist but the salesman who offered it didn't even work there anymore. So instead of the 3k I wanted to put down, I would owe them about $2200. I was told, "I'm sorry man but there's nothing I can do." Of course not... I was left to buy the car on the spot at full KBB value or leave with no car and owing them money. This was every visit with Ciocca; something was always "extra". I have 4 family members that all purchased vehicles there at some point over the last 10 years so we've invested almost 200k into this place. I can tell you assuredly I wouldn't return. Fast Forward to March 2019: Made an appointment to get one of the three recalls corrected. Take off work to head up there and am greeted with "Oh, one of the parts didn't come in," You couldn't have told me this before today? April 2019: "Hey I'm calling again to get these recalls taken care of" "Okay, we have all the parts needed in, lets shot for this Friday at noon" "Cool, thank you, please call me thursday to confirm" (friday comes) (no call) Nothing about me not showing up due to them not calling.... Now that key is missing want to charge me to tow car to them to get a new key programmed for over 300 plus towing expense. Also never stayed true to all the extra car care packages bought. First let me start by saying our salesman , Nicole Gahman and the finance manager, Corey , were amazing! They both worked super hard to get me a good deal on the used ford truck I was buying . My two star review is based solely on the ignorant new car manager I dealt with after finding some rust on the truck that I had not initially seen the night before because it was dark. I simply wanted a resolution for it. Money off, or for their body shop to repair it . He completely dismissed my concerns and made me feel like I was a bother. Then he basically told me they weren't going to fix that , i was already getting a deal and if I didn't buy the truck he had other people that were ready to jump on it the following morning. After asking for my deposit back he decided to call the used car manager to see what they could do for me. They ultimately took off an additional $250 so I could use that towards the $500-$1000 rust repair I'm going to have to. In my opinion he should either learn how to talk and sympathize with his customers or he shouldn't be in the business. He almost singlehandedly lost the deal for his dealership. Also, only other thing i will complain about is the fact that you don't get a full tank of gas if you buy used! 1/2 tank it is for all used cars . Which sucks !! I will be going back for my two free oil changes but after that I'll deal with John Kennedy ford since it is closer to home. read more

Brought my older model escape in for some repairs. They indicate that I needed a wide range of repairs, requiring over $4,000 worth of work and the car would never pass inspection without ALL of the repairs. When I told them that seemed excessive, they tried to sell me on a ford line of credit to finance repairs. They were trying to scare me into taking on more debt! They clearly had an end of month sales target to sign up new suckers for their Ford Credit Card (it was about 8 days before end of month). They were trying to sucker me into taking out a line of credit to get excessive amount of repairs my car did not need to function properly, or pass inspection. I was disgusted by this tactic and their sales approach and I completely regret having even a marginal amount of work done there. Flash forward to a few months later, I took my car to a recommended independent mechanic, who indicated to me that the ford dealership's recommended repairs were completely unnecessary., unwarranted and extremely misleading. If such a high level of dishonesty exists in the service/repair side of this dealership, I would be concerned it is just their standard way of doing business. Unless your car is under warranty, I would strongly consider having your repairs done elsewhere. read more

I talk to the internet rep on the phone (that was a mistake), Danielle, and she tells me they have 7 of the available cars I want on the lot. I get there 4 days later (the time I made my appt for), and they're all gone. She called me earlier that day confirming the appt but failed to mention what I was looking for was already sold!!! This Ford dealership is going down hill. I have gone here for 15+ years but after my last experience I will not be doing business with them anymore. I have had my car in for every service it needed and recommend, the engine blew at 127, miles and It was like that's what is expected to happen. The service adviser talked on the phone and in person like he was talking to a punk on the street. He also was going to run my credit card without giving me a total, I had to ask what the charge was and he stated it was all in the paperwork. They didn't have a normal cashier working and he wouldn't let me swipe my own card he wanted to do it manually . Im standing right in front of the machine I should be able to see a total and swipe my own card. who knows if he is coping the numbers down while doing it. Very fraudulent way of doing it I have always swiped my own card and been told the total before paying. Took my 2002 ford explore here for inspection last week. They called to tell me it needed over $2,000 worth of repairs. They already charged me $218 for 2 separate diagnosis that they said needed done so they can run the emission test. Make a long story short it cost me $285.00 to take my car out of there, went to another inspection place and it passed without any repairs needing to be done. ( called action news in hopes they will follow up about all these complaints ) They are a bunch of rip off Artis. Don't trust them to work on your car or it will cost you big money read more

Totalled my truck and was looking for an inexpensive replacement vehicle that was nice, low mileage and would last me 3 years (in 3 yrs my daughter will be driving and this will be her car). A friend if my told me he purchased his vehicle at your location in Souderton so I did some exploring on your website. I found a car online, researched it further on Carfax and Car Guru and then decided to called the dealership to request an out the door price so I knew ahead of time that the car would be within my budget and I wasn't wasting my time on a 2 hour trip there (4hrs total, I'm from Harrisburg). I was pleasantly welcomed by the staff and offered drinks on several occasions. I was greeted by Chris Miller, who us now my favorite car salesman. He was honest and helpful. He listened to my story,my future plans and didn't try to pressure me in another direction. We test drove the car, he listened to my concerns, went above and beyond to make some minor repairs before I actually signed the paperwork. Stay far away. My son bought a used truck from these guys, overcharged him and on price and worthless warranty. Truck went back for 12 different repairs each time having to threaten legal action before they fixed the problems including a blown head gasket. Now because they refused to fix a vibrating transmission/drivetrain problem we had the U joints replaced and after almost a month and 1000 miles the transmission blew up. So they want to blame the issue on the U joint not the vibration in the transmission and the mounts. So they refuse to fix it, again, and even told the warranty company what they thought was the root cause instead of what is supposed to be an independent evaluation. Root cause could certainly be a transmission lockup or loose mounts that blew up the U joint but they don't want to hear it. Well hopefully their lawyers are better negotiators. Update10/2017: After scheduling a 2nd court hearing they finally paid my son for the transmission repair. A little late and a lot of grief for both sides. It's a shame you have to take them to court for them to "do the right thing". read more

I've been going to this dealership for a few months now. In and out multiple times interested in purchasing a truck. Chris Miller was the salesman I was dealing with and I have to say he was awesome. I finally decided to make the move into a truck after about 4 months. I purchased a 2007 Ford F-150 Lariat. It is absolutely gorgeous with only 71k miles. Nick the finance specialist did an excellent job as well. I was hesitant to make the move towards the purchase because of my credit which is not the best. He was able to make the purchase possible with a cosigner and saved me 12 points on my rate from what I was paying on the vehicle I traded in and with a low down payment. The only downside is I don't think I got as much as I could have on my trade in. Other than that the service was excellent. Chris and Nick did an awesome job. read more

DO NOT GO HERE - THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! No matter what service you bring your car in for, they will tell you a bunch of other things are wrong with your car and give you a bill for hundreds to thousands of dollars, but it won't be true. They'll also charge you for replacement parts, but not actually replace the parts. All of their services are overpriced. Save your money and sanity and take your vehicle somewhere else. They clearly are trying to recuperate money they lost in the pandemic, so don't let them play you. If you get your car inspected here, they will say it failed and you have to pay for all these different fixes, and none of it's true. You'll take your car in for a regular oil change, and then they'll tell you that you need new brakes and rotors all the way around, that this, that, and the third are cracked and leaking and need to be replaced immediately and it will all be a lie, and if you do pay for the replacements, they'll refuse to give you the old parts. Please, take your business elsewhere or be prepared to go broke here. read more

This is a top notch dealership! I'm very impressed with the Experience at Ciocca Ford and my sales rep, Mike Figlia even went out of his way to pick me up at the airport at the last minute. Mike did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle and walking me through the process. As an out of town buyer I didn't know what to expect but was left extremely satisfied in the value that I received. I didn't feel pressured and they all worked quickly to get me on the road ASAP. I know there's a lot of bad reviews on here but I had a good experience here. My ford escapes alarm was going off every single day so obviously my neighbors were getting pissed. It turned out that the door latch was broken which meant that the door ajar light was always (usually) on. The part to fix this was on back order (which probably means what happened to my car is common) and i waited a few weeks to finally get the part. But they were very good about getting the part shipped for me and they knocked 100 off the price they had originally quoted me. read more

Our lease was coming up on our Fusion, which we got from this dealer, and we were just in to test drive since we were considering other cars as well this time. Couple of hours later, we left with a 2018 Ford Escape with sport package. Had to do some negotiation but overall the experience was good again. ZERO!!! STAY FAR AWAY - POOR MANAGEMENT - WARRANTIES ARE WORTHLESS - 18 months ago my son needed a truck for work. He traded a car that he loved for a used Ford Ranger. In the 18 months that followed it has been back to the dealership 12 times for repairs and 6 times to a separate service garage. He has lost many days/ weekends trying to get this piece of junk running properly. 3 weeks ago the transmission blew while he was driving and the warranty THAT HE PAYS EXTRA FOR will not cover it. Now he no longer has his car and he has a truck that does not run. He still owes $10,000 on this OVERPRICED lemon, has towing bills and is renting a car so he can go to work! Ciocca Ford Souderton management has turned their back on him. Mr Ciocca needs to take a closer look at this management team. read more

Hi, please read this review before you consider going to this horrible dealership. Me and my husband went to buy a green f 150 from this place. A month after buying the car the o2 sensor went and the transmission had a leak in it. They refused to repair it and said it wasn't under warranty. We actually had to take the bastards to court to get them to fix it and we won. After we won they tried to say that we still owed 1675$ in labor cost and repairs for the parts and labor and back up time cause by us taking them to court. The dealership made fun of us because we are a gay flamboyant couple. I understand homosexuality isn't for everyone but these people should be professional and not try to rip off those who disagree with them. While we were trying to figure out what was wrong with the truck with 20000 miles on it, we kept having problems with things going bad and they tried to charge us. Each time we told them we would fix the problem a new one would spring up that always cost around 500 $. This is there way to get around the court case and the warranty that we had. Stay away from the service dept. Took my vehicle in for state inspection/emissions. Told me one of my front wheel bearings was bad, needed replaced to pass inspection. Ok, no problem. I didn't believe them so I went to take a look at it and it wasn't bad at all. Mechanic was very unprofessional and argued with me like I was an idiot. And he flipped out when I said I'd take it somewhere else for a second opinion. This is my car, I'll do with it what I want. And I'm not paying you $500 to replace 1 wheel bearing hub. Regardless if my wheel bearing actually did need replaced or not, I will never go back here just because of the way I was treated. read more

I had inquired about a test drive at this location. I actually inquired through true car and then was bombarded by a bunch of dealerships, but that's the point. So Danielle Pennebaker contacts me from Internet Sales scheduling the date of a test drive and said she would call if the car was sold. I was truly very interested in buying this vehicle but not anymore, not from here. When I arrived on the date of the test drive, they had informed me the car had sold and they did not have another for me to drive. They said they left a voice mail however I received none. I get that that happens sometimes, however there was no other attempt to recontact me through email or calling again closer to the appointment. They were completely unprofessional and I will not be coming back here whatsoever. Neither will anyone I know. read more

After researching several different vehicles from different companies, I finally was set on purchasing a 2016 Ford Focus ST. I also researched for several months on how to get the best deal on one and also what to watch out for when going through the car buying process. Prior to visiting Ciocca Ford of Souderton, I visited over 9 different Ford dealerships in the 100 mile radius looking for the best deal. Unfortunately, a lot of the dealerships I visited were somewhat deceiving and I honestly did not believe that they deserved my business. After being disappointed, I decided to visit Ciocca which is only 10 minutes away from my house to see if they could offer me something new. The salesman that helped me was Dan Hughes and he was the most straight forward and honest salesman that I had come across. In fact, every person at that dealership was very honest and had excellent customer service. It was really refreshing that dealerships like this exist after having a negative experience at others. This was my first new car purchase ever and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The finance manager, Luke, was also spectacular and answered every question I had thoughtfully. Took our vehicle in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Brought the truck home to have it leak oil all over our recently black-topped driveway leaving oil stains that are an eye sore. Rushed truck back to Ciocca Ford to have them confirm they didn't properly tighten a bolt when they did the oil change. Could have ruined our engine and definitely ruined our driveway. Had to call twice to speak to Dennis, the service manager, to get a refund for the negligent oil change and he refuses to call me back about reimbursing me for the driveway I will once again have to black top so an ugly oil stain isn't visible. Not easy to deal with and poor customer service. Will NEVER, EVER go back. read more
