They won't even open the wig box for you to verify it is the same wig and expect you to take their word for it. It just happened to me. I purchased 2 wigs based on the 2 I tried on from the display, 1 of them I purchased since I loved the color so much. When the staff brought the new one out to show me, I clearly expressed to her that though the tag was the same as the display, the color seems to be missing from the wig....she responded oh no it's in there, you just have to brush it. I go home, opened it, brushed it, what do you know...no color...I was livid, because I tried to tell her the color was not there before leaving the store. So I called the store letting them know I had just been there purchased 2 wigs and several other items, I informed the wig was never worn, the lace was not cut, the lady was nasty, not very nice at all... very nasty people! They sold me a defective wig and won't take accountability, but now I will let everyone know they can not be trusted, they won't even open the wig box to verify it's the same item, tells me it's on purpose! Why not show the item the customer is already purchasing. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED..
