The work that was done prior to Ignacio Ramirez was horrendous, to say the least. Broken drywall, sloppy compound work, poor window sill construction, and an obvious lack of care was evident everywhere. My wife and I were devastated because this project means a lot to us. Mr. Ramirez showed up on time to give us an assessment and quoted us a price that day for bringing the studio to a Level 5 finish. Mr. Ramirez removed old drywall and installed new drywall to areas that could not be repaired, applied drywall compound to all surfaces, re-taped many areas that were poorly done, repaired the framing around 3 large windows, installed new corner bead to several areas, primed all surfaces, and applied a finish coat of ceiling paint to 12' ceilings. He also swept up all drywall dust and cleaned the floors before leaving the job. My wife and I are thrilled with the quality and care that Mr. Ramirez provided throughout the job. It is very evident that Mr. Ramirez takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows! Thank you, Ignacio, for turning a disaster into a gem!
