Hello, I am writing…read moreto formally document repeated negative interactions I have experienced at the Speedway located at Tramway Blvd NE and Montgomery Blvd NE in Albuquerque, NM 87111. I have been a regular customer at this location for approximately three years and have never had issues with my ID or purchases until recently with two newer employees, Monica and Valerie. On multiple occasions, Monica has unnecessarily questioned or refused my ID despite the fact that it scans properly and has been accepted by other employees without issue. I have also experienced rude and dismissive behavior from her, including eye rolling and speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. One incident that particularly upset me occurred when the store was crowded and she had blocked off an aisle while mopping. I was attempting to get a fountain drink from that aisle, and when I turned around to avoid causing a problem, she questioned me about it and then again took my ID in a way that felt targeted and unnecessary. Most recently, in front of other customers, Monica stated: "I know you're a regular here, but from now on I'm never going to take your ID again, and I'm going to make sure everybody knows it." This was embarrassing and felt intentionally humiliating. I previously spoke with the General Manager, who advised me to contact corporate if the issue continued. Today, another employee named Valerie told me she was "not supposed to" accept my ID anymore, despite my ID being valid and despite the General Manager previously telling me there was no issue. At this point, I feel singled out and uncomfortable shopping at a store I have supported for years. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed professionally, including clarification as to whether there is actually any documented issue with my ID, because no one has been able to explain one to me. Then got some funny help from a gentleman from the staff, when I wss to weak to open my room door. Lol The staff made this lil time we spent here great. And there's a super awesome restaurant right across the parking lott. Good food great prices, don't get any better than that.

We paid for 4 cups of ice we were getting our ice filled up up as we are heading into the storms. My husband had a free large hot drink on his app so he got his free hot drink. I had on my app a free medium hot drink. The two Hispanic ladies at the register were being very rude the thinner lady said that we are not a truck stop you guys are only here to get free things. She came out from behind the counter being very rude telling us we have to pay for the ice in our containers. Then a manager lady with very very short hair said we have to pay $.54 per cup of ice that filled our drink containers. Then the thinner girl got in my husbands face and said just cause you are a big and fat and a truck driver does not give you the right to get free ice. Then said we are not allowed back into the maverick. We have never had this type of experience they treated us like we were criminals. There was another Hispanic customer filling up his own container with ice they did not say anything to him.
