However, I have found that they do not have dairy products, so if you are in the need for milk on the fly, make sure to pop over to the nearby Walmart. Not that I go in search of milk at a gas station often, but when that chocolate milk craving hits, you pull up! The store is decently stocked, but again due to size, they have limited options. They do have a solid beer cooler, so I like that they prioritized the beer! The store has been here for a while, so the wear is visible inside and out, but for the most part it is kept clean, which helps. One thing that surprised me about this location is the constant security they have. For a gas station that isn't city center, there is a lot of action here as just in the past week I have witnessed one person get arrested out front and another be ran off. Overall, this is the closest gas station to us and while it has the basics and decent priced gas, I find it tough to make this my go-to station just yet. Maybe it will grow on me...

As one of the employees was getting him some ice, I was trying to comfort him and see how bad his head was. Obviously I wanted to finish my purchase and get my son medical attention but I couldn't because the man behind the counter was slowly putting my stuff in a bag while looking off into space. I asked him if he could please finish bagging stuff so I could leave...he just gave me a "go to hell" look and handed me my bag. As I started to leave I noticed not everything was in my bag so I returned to the counter and asked him if everything was in the bag...he then said... "Bitch you tell me." I asked him for the rest and he HAD IT IN HIS HAND! I could not believe I was treated like this while my son was screaming from an injury he received at your Gas Station. Once I took care of my son I called and asked to speak to a manager. They said he wasn't there. They gave me a number and I left a message at 8:40pm on Saturday. The next morning I called at 1:41 to speak to a manager and they said he wasn't able to come to the phone I left a message explaining the situation. I called again at 3:30 and spoke to someone that said the manager won't be in till Monday at 6:00. I couldn't believe the so called "manager" would be so dismissive of an issue like this. But when I needed some serious car help, these guys stepped up big time. I was spoiled growing up to have a father who doubled as my mechanic, and so it was hard to trust someone else with my baby. I'd had the same car since I was 17, and I wanted to keep her around as long as possible. They guys here helped me to do just that. They are honest, up front, and do not BS you about your vehicle. You many not always like what they say, but they aren't crooks. They will tell you exactly what you need done and what they think you should do. They are going to be a bit more expensive than those one-hour-oil-change places but you won't have any issues or complaints after they take care of your car. It's a smaller shop so keep that in mind when planning to drop your ride off here: it will take a little more time but again, you can't beat the results. I can honestly say I wouldn't trust anyone else in Nashville with my car. And if they couldn't fix a problem, they could refer you to someone who could. That happened when I needed a muffler, and they referred me to a fantastic local guy at Batey who did an amazing job. Thanks to them, I was able to keep my older car running for years before needing to get another one. And they are still kind to me anytime I come by for gas. They are good to you and will remember you and help you if you give them the respect they deserve for their hard work and honesty. I would recommend them to anyone who wants not only excellent customer service but good, old fashioned trustworthy service. No one else will put their hands on my car so long as I live here.
