Her attitude was EXTREMELY unprofessional, especially for an assistant manager!!!! However, I would like to rave about a young man who also works at this location. Unfortunately, I don't know his name but he is always a delight when I come into this store. He is always helpful and does his job very well. He is the one who should be the assistant manager, not Valerie! customer service is what is lacking in today's society. I could understand if she was having a bad day and apologized but she shouldn't have taken it out on paying customers. I came back into the store and asked to speak to a manager, owner, etc. She told me that she was the only one who was working and I couldn't have anyone's number. They found none and let me know that the dealership likely didn't fill up my oil completely. They did this for me at closing time to help a 62 year old woman.
