Bought gas. Needed receipt. Pump said to get receipt from cashier. Went inside. Register was closed with sign that says "restroom break". Waited 5 minutes and left. Fix your pumps (or self-service cash registers) to print receipts if you're not going to hire employees who work. read more

Was shouted out of the store by some kid cashier, because I can't wear a mask unless I want my PTSD triggered from my time in the military. Was unwilling to offer any other means of service. This is a very nice Circle K... whether or not it will stay that way once it's no longer new, who knows. But for now, it's pristine and clean. Very glad I got gas here instead of on base. I had every intention of getting gas on base but I forgot until I was off base and my gas light reminded me. Turns out that it's 12 cents cheaper here than it was on base. So hopefully the prices stay low here as well, and it's not just something to bring in customers to the new location. Anyways, clean bathrooms, full coffee bar, as well as the standard Circle K stuff. read more

I have been to a lot of Circle K's in Colorado Springs, but the new one on Hwy 94 and Hwy 24 is the best. I now go out of way to go to this store every morning. Britney is the greatest she makes me smile every morning and is the friendliest person I have seen in a long time. It is extremely rare to find someone can provide such great customer service. BEWARE AS OF MARCH 28,2019 12:45 pm DO NOT use the car wash unless you want big scraps down passenger side of car . There are many and as soon as I can figure out best way to photo them I will . Apparently I paid $12 to have them severely scrap my passenger side maybe if I would have paid $15 they could have gotten my drivers side too . Also conveniently the machine wasn't printing receipts . My cars only 6 months old . I have had it washed at loaf and jug with no issues . I didn't even have any dings in it . SMH read more

As far as gas stations go, this one is my favorite. Clean, well stocked and with attendants that are consistently nice and cheerful. One attendant, Steven, I have nerded out with about physics for 20 min straight during a brief 1 am caffeine run haha. read more

This morning, Friday 12/30, at approximately 6:45am I pulled into your location at 5995 Dublin Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80923 after seeing your advertised price of $2.09/gal. Even as I pulled-up to the gas pump, I looked to make sure the pump reflected the same price (as I have experienced a difference in the past at other vendors) and it was still the $2.09/gal for regular. Within the mere minutes it took me to grab my credit card and put my coat on, your location "automatically updated" the price to $2.12/gal. Obviously shocked, I went inside to ask if the sudden change was correct and I was met with extreme impatience and stark dismissiveness by the two staff. Comments of "it's not our fault - we have no control - it does it automatically, we don't even know" were hurled at me as if they were well practiced in defending themselves over this issue. Admittedly, I was even more taken aback by their attitude and I uttered a "you've got to be kidding me" to which the seemingly senior staff then replied "well, you should have gotten out of your truck sooner." THAT was his response? THAT was an appropriate reply after a barrage of excuses to begin with? Not to mention there was never a simple apology given from the start. From there, I am ashamed to admit that I couldn't control my frustration and responded with an expletive and started to walk-out. That's when the other employee quite clearly called me a "crackhead". Of course, I immediately spun around and verbally confronted him. Both staff continued their collective barrage for a few exchanges and I left out of sheer frustration that the whole situation had escalated to such a ridiculous level. I'm certainly accountable for my part in the unfortunate experience, but I am still dumbfounded as to your employees' initial attitude and response, along with their continued abrasiveness that culminated into a blatantly disrespectful insult and subsequent exchange. Aside from the egregious lack of anything representing a professional or even moderately courteous bearing from your staff, I am mostly offended by the timing of the price change. I can understand the automation and necessary changes to coincide with market values, but the timing was incredulous. At that time of the morning, right at the start for most any morning commute, to suddenly switch prices is inexcusable. I know I was not the only customer dissatisfied and shocked, as a few of them asked me about my exchange as I walked past them back to my truck. I didn't notice any of them moving on, as the nearest option was the same price anyway, but I certainly did and will never patronize any of your locations again. I have a 142 mile roundtrip DAILY commute in my 6.2 liter V8 truck and pass by that location every day, and I'll be sure to impress upon my fellow contractors, vendors, and trades to go elsewhere as well. read more
