She casually said they were wondering why I was sitting out there so long if they were wondering, couldn't someone have simply walked out and asked? Then another employee loudly announced she wasn't there when the order was placed because she didn't recognize me at that point I politely asked for a refund overall extremely poor communication and service. I won't be returning to this location again. I was actually giving it another chance because the last time I ate here which was probably a year ago the food was garbage, but I can see that nothing has changed with the overall experience.

She spoke so softly I had to lean out of my vehicle just to hear her, and she lacked the upbeat, friendly energy Chick-fil-A is known for. Thankfully, the young lady at the pickup window was much more pleasant and bubbly, and she happily helped when my condiments were missing. Overall, disappointment is an understatement because I've honestly never had a Chick-fil-A experience I didn't enjoy... until today. I'm a Yelper, so I have to keep it honest. My favorite is the chicken philly cheesesteak. There's such a great option of beers and wines and the service is always outstanding.
