He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. They never charge me at the other Sonic, instead taking the time to type, "substitute bacon." Now this seems like a small quibble, I mean, it's just a buck. In any case, this logic was too difficult, and the lady at the drive-thru proceeded to argue with me, even telling me that, "if you were a regular here, like you are at the other Sonic, then maybe we would do it as a substitution." The young man, without speaking to anyone, lied and said that he had just spoken to his manager and that Sonic didn't give senior citizens discounts, l then drove forward and didn't notice that this location had their trash can placed before the window. I didn't see it and had a drink cup from an earlier visit to Sonic (where I received a 10%discount when I purchased the drink) that needed to be thrown away. I asked him if he could throw it away and he said he couldn't because of health codes. I asked again to speak to his manager. At this point when he said he wasn't available I wasn't surprised. I asked him to write the managers name on a piece of paper. He did and gave it to me. I then drove around the restaurant and threw my cup away. I will never stop at this Sonic again.
