This is really a two and a half star review but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because they were doing the best they could on the day that I came in that evening. I ordered just a standard #1 for crystals with cheese plain. French fries and drink. One thing I didn't like is the fact they didn't have chili that's one thing I like about Krystal they have great chili I asked a girl to behind the counter she's like we haven't had chili for quite some time but she didn't say if they can get rid of it for good or not or what the deal is but I didn't question it I wasn't in a good mood to begin with. But service can be a little sketchy here depending on the day and the quality of the food could be a little sketchy here depending on the day. The burgers were fresh but they weren't real hot. The fries were okay. Fried were definitely undercooked but I don't generally eat French fries so all good. Cole Slaw was middle of the road. I struggle with a rating but sticky floors, sticky table along with a few environmental things really drag down my overall perception. Friendly/competent staff and an excellent sandwich will hold a steady rating of three. Would I eat there again? It is on of the few unique non-chains in the area and I know what to expect going in.
