Why did I continue to take the abuse ? Because they were the only ones who had the truck in the area - actually 2 of them 26 footers and I needed one ASAP! A clerk had a strap blocking the Men's bathroom. He undid it and said we do that after we mop. I thought wow nice clean floor and bathroom. That was until I opened the stall door there was crap all over the toilet!! How do you mop the floor and not notice the poop on the toilet? Also there was hardly any toilet paper. OK, I know that Americans are basically treating COVID like a joke or ancient history at this point…read more(May 2022). But my trip to this 7-Eleven was infuriating from an infection control standpoint. Upon arrival, there was a hand sanitizer dispenser affixed to the outside of the door and a sign asking you to sanitize your hands. This dispenser was empty. I opened the door, and was greeted with another hand sanitizer dispenser on a pole, this one too was empty. Over near the soda dispenser were two more sanitizer dispensers on poles but they were shoved between two display cases as if they were trash to be stored. They, too, were empty. I wanted to wash my hands, so I went to the mens room. There wasn't even a soap dispenser in there at all. It had been torn off the wall and not replaced. I had to go to the womens room, which did have some soap, and then finished washing my hands. Oh, and the whole store was dirty.
