But the pharmacy either has to order the medication in, which seems to take an inordinate amount of time, or the staff finds some nebulous error that clears up after repeated calls. We got a message today that said that the order had come in and we could pick up the prescription. I had other errands to do, so put Walgreens last. They STILL needed "an hour" because the order had "Just come in". If it weren't for the fact that Walgreens has the contract for our Medicare supplement, we would be getting prescriptions elsewhere. C'mon, Walgreens, pull it together.

My invalid wife needs 12 prescriptions and we are constantly faced with potentially critical health issues because of their inability to do their job! This is a one or two star company and after looking further that is also the company's nation wide average. Even some area grocery stores have better service and higher ratings. The latest we have been waiting a week for a new prescription she requires and two weeks for three to be refilled. The CEO needs fired and top management needs replaced.

The Bad: Right now is an older lady manning both lanes, she can't understand even when yelling loudly and saying letters and numbers clearly. She is deaf and guesses birthdays, and names, not even listening. I heard her do this with the customer in the 2nd lane and in front of me, not just myself. She can be either fake friendly or downright rude, either way she makes me feel like I shouldn't even exist. Cashier number #2747843. 2pm 3/11/26, Prescott Valley, Windsong. The Ugly: The 2nd lane should just not be on. Most people hang left, and then someone will cut the whole line to go to the right lane with the vacuum and speaker. People can't understand either party with the speaker and all the good people in the left lane get cut off, and their wait greatly increased. This is SOOOO frustrating, when this pharmacy is already not a great experience.

When I got there at 5:45 staff member in the front of the store told me the pharmacy closed at 5 because they did not have a pharmacist that night. "So can someone get it for me?" "No" "can you get it transferred to another CVS close by?" "No" "If I get it transferred do you know if they will close early?" "No" "Can you get me their phone #?" "No" "Do you have a manger here tonight?" "No" To be fair they said they worked the beauty counter and were out of their depth" So I left, got on the phone with Cigna and got it transferred to Walmart a few minutes away. Once I got to Walmart, they had my meds in hand in 20 min, and were super supportive and caring. If/when my local Rite Aid closes, I will NOT be transferring my business to CVS.

The pitstop was full of bipedal beings (humans) and their animal counterparts (pets) so I figured that I might as well let my four legged daughter (puppy) out to explore their animal cage with grass (dog park) We had just had a 4 day rain storm that flew into town and caused a couple fatalities with flash floods. Needless to say I was surprised to see a LAKE (overflow reservoir) at the pitstop. My daughter wanted to go play in the water. Even though it was cold outside! She had a blast!! It was the first time she has ever seen a lake! It was great fun! Elation ran through us like a lightening bolt!

Stopped by CVS Pharmacy while visiting from out of town, and overall had a solid experience…read more I called ahead, and the service over the phone was really good staff was helpful, friendly, and able to answer my questions quickly. When you're traveling, that kind of ease makes a big difference. They also had my medication in stock, which I really appreciated since I wasn't sure what to expect being away from home. Nothing over-the-top, but reliable, convenient, and good customer service when I needed it. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and need a pharmacy.

I went to collect my photographs which were free due to a coupon. The email came through along with a text saying they were free and they were ready to be picked up. I went in to get them and there was absolutely nothing in their system yet my email quite clearly states their exact address and that it was done 14 hours beforehand. I had to resubmit the order and I told the lady that I was not going to pay for it as this was free and this was their mess. She gave me a code to put in and I explained to both ladies that I will be coming in later on the afternoon to pick it up. When I returned I saw the same lady that I'd seen earlier and she wanted to charge me for the photographs, I had to boot my phone up and show her once again the email that stated it was free. The attitude of the employees in the store is absolutely ridiculous.
