As a customer, it find this small mishap to be quite unacceptable because it's an easy transaction that requires very little: Receipt or ID CC for exchange or refunds. It's not a major issue but it is important to ME because it shows lack of care and attention to detail... now I have to walk there yet AGAIN in the morning for this issue to be corrected. They had everything we needed - clothes included - because who knows how long before our bags get delivered! Prices were reasonable - none of the tourists rates some places charge. What made it better is that it was only a couple of blocks away from our hotel. We returned a couple more times during the week for more basic stuff - mostly snacks, water and other rehydrating drinks. What I mostly appreciated is how conveniently located it is. I demanded to speak to her manager twice, but she refused to call. she refused to ring me up, and she brought in the security guard who subsequently took my photo and kicked me out and said I'm no longer allowed in the store.
