My car was parked next door, but the Shell Quik Lube owner took my keys home with him. I understand mistakes happen, but when they happen, they are expected to try your best to make amends for them. The customer service I received for a $98 oil change was to be left stranded. The owner chose to refuse to bring the keys back until the next day. That's a problem! Now I can't get to work and have to get a ride to go get my 2nd key 45 mins away or miss an AM appointment until the owner decides to arrive. This is my 1st and last time patronizing this place. The oil change is $9 less than Lexus. I'll pay the $9 for the expertise, professionalism and customer service Lexis gives. Use them at your own risk!

Inside was very small, with a small butcher in the back. Saw 1 shrink wrapped package containing 5 tacos, which is what I had in mind. The was no price or description indicating what meat filling it was, so I asked the guy behind the counter and he says that's its beef. Turned out the 5 pack of tacos were $5. Even being in the fridge for a day, they were pretty good, although there weren't any hot sauce or lime wedges with it. Not bad but there's many places nearby that are way better.

I have never seen one person do such an amazing job of being so polite, quick and with such a great attitude as Zach. He greeted each customer with a polite apology about the wait, got their order, rung them up, make their drink cleaned up and moved on to the next. At no time did he show any sort of frustration. Just thought it's important to share this great experience.
