After the customer finished checking out, the manager and the associate never acknowledged me standing at the register waiting..they looked at me, but never once asked me if I needed help. they were too busy talking to each other and discussing something on the cell phone together... Why are you on your cell phone to begin with.. the 2 more customers walked up, so I thought to myself that maybe they didn't see me... After the 2 customers were finished, another customer walked. I finally said something. The manager Daniel Jones said if you would come to the register we would help you.. I was standing at the register for lottery tickets, Daniel Jones was rude, to be a manager and just ignore a customer when they had absolutely nobody in line waiting, check out two more customers while still being ignored. I worked in retail for 35 years 30 in a management position.. this is not they way you treat a customer, Daniel tried to make it out as it was my fault that I didn't get helped out... I told him I was going to call corporate. That will be the last time I stop at ANY Pilot to buy anything. I was always taught that you lose on customers over a few dollars, but in a year you just lost hundreds...

My love really suffered some damage when they offer ten cents per. gal. discount when you use your bonus card. Even after the deduction this place still has the highest gas prices around! And the pricey snacks and sodas; WOW! Usually there is a Circle K convenience store near the Pilots! Travelers will get a square deal from them! All Pilot Travel Centers are popular with truckers as they allow overnight parking and accept almost all fleet credit cards! Car travelers beware! This is not the best option for you!

Because this location has always been clean with an easy on/off from I-26 and best of all, they provide a fenced-in dog park! With real grass. That is kept picked up and such a safe place to give our puppers some moving room. We travel this route about 7 times a year and the last few years we plan to stop here on each leg of the trip. It's located at exit 76, which is north of Columbia. The lobby is clean, maintained, and stocked. The building is in great condition and the restrooms have always been top-notch. (Clean, modern, brightly lit). There are two attached fast food options, Chester's and McDonald's along with your known gas food offerings. Lots of coffee choices and upgrades pop machines for the best fountain drink. Thank you for all the hard work in making this our chosen destination with-in our destination

Inside, the store was also clean and stocked. Men's room was in good shape. The hot dog rollers were full and there was plenty of creamer stocked for coffee. The gas prices here were comparable other stations at this exit and surrounding exits. While inside, I went to the bathroom which was clean enough. The store has a good selection of the slurpees that 7-Eleven is known for, but also craft beer from the area. That was a neat and unexpected perk. I'll stop here again if I'm in the area.

The water can run out fast the more people that know about it and the deal is not always active. I also get vitamins and OTC medication with my FSA card which is cool. I prefer Walgreens over Food Lion or Publix just because it's easier to get in and out of quickly although prices can be slightly higher. There are these M&M flavors I see here and no where else, it's like cinnamon roll, lemon meringue pie, and such. I purchased a pack of lemon meringue once they are smaller but rich just like real thing. I know for fact these packs are $3 a piece, buy two get 3rd free if you think that's a deal. Getting prints is super easy through the app and cheap. As someone else has mentioned the photo shop is not separate from the general checkout so if there's a line you have to wait. I do not use the pharmacy except to ask for help finding items in the aisles. The employees I have encountered are friendly and engaging, specifically Olivia, Khia, and Robert. A real bright spot to make the shopping here more enjoyable. Quick to get in and out, friendly staff.

The line was super long, and all three lanes were open as well. I went over to look for the photo area and asked the lady if I needed to pick up some photos. The other places I go have a place that is separate to get anything photos done. Well, that was not the case here; she was very short and snappy and told me you have to get in the line like everyone else, and that was in a rude attitude. She had no cheer or even just customer service, and honey, I work with the public as well, and I am not like that. It's not kind, and it's not helping anyone but getting your business bad reviews.
