This is the Shell station on Colerain Avenue in Northside. I live just down the street so it is…read morevery convenient for me. It is also on the corner where you turn to get on I-74 West and you go past it after you get back off the ramp of I-74 East. The price of gas here is usually very good compared to other gas stations that I pass whether it be another Shell or another brand especially most BP stations that I see. I can normally pull in and fill up right away without waiting. I have never had any trouble with the pumps except on the very rare occasion when no receipt will print out. There always seems to be music playing outside which is a nice touch. There is a deisel pump separate from the canapy covered gas pumps. As it is a Shell station I can use my Kroger reward's points to decrease the price of the gas. I have to admit that I have only been inside the store a few times. On those occasions the employees were friendly to me and efficient in helping customers. As the outside sign advertises they sell Chester's chicken wings. I have never tried them but it smells good! The store is always clean and easy to shop. If you have any questions the employees are conveniently just to the left of the door upon entering. She cannot be bothered to smile or make eye contact and always makes us feel like a burden. It's awkward and I abhor shopping here when she is running the store. Say all you want about Sunnoco across the street but they don't act like she does. If BP considers themselves the classy corner store than Miss chitty chatty needs some major training in basic customer service or just human decency at the minimum. The owner and the younger male employee are much kinder and respectful so it's difficult to give only a 3 star rating but that is how bad she treats us and this is a long term pattern of behavior as we have lived in PR and been going to that BP for 9 years.

The guys that run the place are super nice and make it a point to greet you and get to know you once they realize you're from the area, and will see them ever week or so. The store itself is incredibly clean as well as the bathrooms. They also have a killer beer cave with Hudy :)
