I realized I had been charged incorrectly. The next time I was there, I allowed her to ring me up and then I pointed out that she was purposely over charging me. This irritated her and when I tried to purchase some lottery tickets from behind the counter to refuse to sell me any. Another employee has beat me several times in the past with overcharging me. I've complained to owners about this and they make it out to be like it's my fault. I spend a lot of money in there but for some reason a few of their employees think their money is more important than mine.

Now their insurance division is treating me like an absolute piece of crap. My car has been in the shop for almost 2 weeks. First they made a mistake about what part was damaged. Then they realized that but when they found out the price to fix it they sait "it may not be covered". That they were originally doing this as a "courtesy". They were trying to back out of making this right. Now they say they want me to get an estimate to get a cosmetic repair instead of replacing the damaged part. I never expected this from Delta Sonic. We have been members for years across multiple vehicles and mulitple households of my family for years. This is a shame.
