Receipts never available at the pump. either the printer is empty or it say the cashier has it. Staff inside could care less, make you wait.

(Evening of 2/26/25) Bitch behind the counter comes up to me when I'm minding my own business mixing a few of the drinks at the soda station and has a problem with me, says that's "not how it works" even though it shouldn't matter cause I'm paying for the cup it doesn't matter the amount of different drinks I put in there, who are you to tell me how I pour my soda? Just a very rude interaction I ask her if I'm doing something wrong and she gives me an attitude. I just wanted to get a small cup and she tells me that it's not even the right cup. I'm genuinely confused about why what I'm doing is so wrong to her I've done this pouring multiple sodas into one cup at many other convenience stores before. Also says something like "you've been in here for a long time" before walking away and I never understand that comment I've had it said to me at a other few corner stores before I didn't know my experience in there is timed. Don't rush me I'm browsing your selection. All around ridiculous experience and she was a complete utter cunt for no reason. I poured it out and said "that's okay I just won't be giving you my business then. Have a good night" and left. Would give 0 stars if I could P.S. This was my first time coming to a circle k. The staff was less than desirable. Jennifer looked so pissed off she had to wait on us. As I got to my u car she had come out to smoke. So I think she was mad cuz she was late for her smoke. Anyway... The gas station has a lot of features to it. It's like a speedway. It has a cool yogurt dispensing machine. So I stopped here while waiting for a friend to finish up a job interview to go get some food. I've heard of Circle K before and stopped at some locations while in the south and you know they kind of compete with Speedway. I was interested because you know it's a new place here in Michigan and want to see what the hype was all about. I will say I was a little disappointed because yes overall the store did look nice and brand new but the staff was arguing among each other about some vacation time that someone got and yeah whatever pretty much. I did like how they had a little bit different selection of things then you would see in a Speedway but overall it's pretty much just a typical gas station that you would stop to grab you know your snacks and some gas I guess. You can tell for sure that the staff really is not done much on the cleaning when it comes to their restrooms and kind of disgusting after you think a brand new store would not have this issue with so many employees walking around arguing. Sadly my first impression of this place is not somewhere I would come back and really spend money here since I felt like the staff was kind of rude towards the whole arguing while on the sales floor and behind the counter. It was cool to check out this place just because it's new and something different here in Michigan and I know Circle K is becoming very popular this way and maybe after a few months I might try again to check out this place and see if it's changed but as of right now my opinion is I wouldn't waste my time coming back. read more

It's a gas station , so not too much to review. But--they have hand sanitizer on the side of the pumps!! Applaud!! Bravo ! Also, for a station right off of the highway their prices have stayed competitive since they opened. Let's hope it stays that way. I have not gone inside, so I have no idea what's going on there. But I have used the air and vacuum machine successfully. read more

I usually stop here for gas because it's cheap, convenient, and new. But this time I got cheap customer service instead of gas. When paying at the pump, I selected unleaded, and the gauges kept blinking. Selected unleaded again, and a couple more times just to be sure and it prompted me to begin pumping... so I filled up my tank. When it was done, the price was way higher than expected so I printed the receipt. The pump charged me for premium gas instead of unleaded which was 50 cents more a gallon. I went inside and spoke to a clerk whom had no idea what to do so he called his manager. Meanwhile he's in the back on the phone, customers are lining up and the other clerk barely realizes that she has customers to take care of. The clerk that was helping me came back and handed me $3. I told him, wait that math isn't right. At 3.39 a gallon for 12.373 gallons I was charged $42.08. Unleaded is $2.79/gallon so that'd be $34.52 so you owe me another $5. This math basically baffled both clerks. Which he then proceeded to tell me that his manager said that this was actually my fault, I should be happy they're even giving me $3, and if I want to dispute to call the number on my receipt for the gas company customer service. HOW is it that YOUR gas pump malfunctions, and yet it's MY fault? read more

Still no option to give zero stars, I see. I get that the store was kind of busy when I was there, but there is never a reason to not provide exceptional customer service. I honestly would rather pay more per gallon than give this store my business. The employees are pretty inconsiderate and snarky when you ask them for anything. I asked if I could use a debit card to put money on an easy pay card, and their response was, "No, cash only." This wasn't an issue, because they have an ATM behind me. So I use the machine and accept the $3.25 fee and ask to put that cash on a card now. And they then tell me they're all out of the cards? Why wasn't that the right answer when I asked if I could use my debit card? I think it's time for some new staff. read more

This place seems not to care about the basics of business. What might you ask are the basics of business? A transaction, customer service, a thank you we will see you soon, and pleasant people. Put no in front of all of those except transaction because I bought gas and you are left with a shoddy experience. It's on me whether I choose to make a transaction. Here's the kicker: how many more transactions will I make? Again, up to me. But humans make quick decisions where their money goes. I'm sure all the regionals, executives, and in betweens want to hear what a trashy store they have. Not in it's not clean but trashy experiences. Oh well we lost 500 in pizza sales today. Why? Oh we say we make pizza all day for 5.99 what does all day mean? Before it was 5 to 7 pm 5.99 pizza. As a consumer, now I know 5 to 7 pm. All day means what. No idea to me and who created all day with no specific times. That's shoddy! This explanation is as basic as it comes so my opinion is my opinion. I do not have the circle k facts so until then this is circumstantial but ask yourself this: when do u make pizzas until? Gee, that cleaners has no hours. When are they open till? Again, so basic but so mind boggling it appears that your business wants my transactions with shoddy communication. Trashy! The basics of business here have not been implemented. Dirty store, poor service, very uneasy feeling being in this place. The cashier was no where to be found and very unsavory characters in the store. I felt like I was gonna get mugged. Gas is cheap but that's not enough to keep me going there. Will return to my local marathon where store is clean and service is always superb. read more
