We enjoyed it. It has been years since I have seen a circus performance. No animals, the grandkids enjoyed it very much. Performers were awesome and very friendly and appreciative.

This is a Latin based circus, and they were in the 626 area for a week. I was able to purchase the ticket online. Location was convenient as it was set up in the parking lot of a mall, and there were plenty of parking spaces. They also sell snacks (e.g. cotton candy, nachos, drink etc.), and they were a bit expensive. The show was a typical circus show, nothing very stood out. The best part is the funny crown. He was able to pull the excitement vibe of the crowd. Majority part of the circus was in Spanish, and I was unable to enjoy most of it because I did not understand the language.

The clown passed out roses to couples for the men to get brownie points.

MORE ENTERTAINING! Perfect for the WHOLE family & Couples, not just for kids. Great Excellent Dancers! Picked our own seats - front row! Received a Light Up Rose! The entertainment was amazing, the youth talent was incredible! Variety of concession snacks & gifts for your loved one or kids. The show was about 2 hours if not 1hr 45 min. My husband took me to a different circus at the Golden 1 center in Sacramento a month ago & I'm just now leaving the Caballero Circus in the Arden area Sacramento While leaving a review because they are AMAZING & they deserve your business! Oh! And we love the diversity, inclusion & how BEAST the women were at predominantly male considered sports In their culture. AMazing! See for yourself!

Fun times at the circus! Circus Caballero is currently at Torrance at the Del Amo Fashion Center till April 11. Tickets start at $40 for adults and $20 for kids (though do check out their website for a coupon for free admission for kids under 10 with one paid adult ticket). I got to see the Circus Caballero at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance recently and thought there were some pretty entertaining acts. There were acts with a little bit of magic (with artists who's clothes would "magically" change), acts with a little bit of humor (with clown that would come out a few times) and acts full of oohs and ahh (flying trapeze act, motorcycle stunts, tightrope walking). As other Yelp reviews have mentioned there is several intermissions (a bit more than I would have liked) and there is a lot of selling of food and souvenirs. Popcorn was $8, light up swords were $15 and balloons were $5. The clown also just randomly comes up to you for a "free" picture. It can definitely get pricey fast but all in all it's about having the whole circus experience. Aside from the many breaks/intermissions; I think the circus show itself was good. The Caballero brothers are talented and you can tell there's a lot of training and practice that went into the acts themselves. I thought it was also neat that they are the 6th generation of their family doing this. There's fun, music and well done performances and a good circus experience all in all.

I don't know why this place has bad reviews. But I hope my review helps. I've been to their circus twice now. I keep up with where they're going to be by checking out their insta. I went to the Ontario show. I get a good show for what they charge. Tickets go for $35. You can buy online and save time. Free parking because it's in a public space. Always good seating and their staff is helpful. The whole show lasts about and hour and a half with a 10 min break at half way. They serve churros, hot dogs, cotton candy and popcorn as well. It's definitely an experience you have to check out. Bring a date, kids or like me, I took my mom lol their show consists of acrobats, juggling, comedy, dancing, stunts and they even get the audience involved in a few of their acts. I had a really good time. Thanks for the good memories.

    No, they don't have animals

How long is the show, and does it have intermissions?

I looked through the pictures and saw POODLES those are animals. That is horrible, I hate circuses that use/ exploit animals. I also happened to pass by this circus and can't believe how horribly and extremely LOUD it was. Imagine the poor dogs'… Read more

Ms Lulu works hard to consistently create these opportunities for students in a wide variety of settings! From one-on-one voice lessons, to formal recitals, to community venues, to municipal events, to modelling at fashion shows, to filming music videos, to singing national anthems and performances at crowded sports stadiums, to highly advertised music events in crowded college campuses. Our daughter even got to experience singing in professional grade music recording studios! The value of these experiences in building a child's confidence is absolutely incredible! If your child is considering playing an instrument, sing, dance, or doing any sort of performing arts - This IS hands down the BEST studio! 2026 Season - April 4, 2026 - May 17, 2026…read more This visit applies strictly to the very last day of the season - May 17, 2026 As a first-timer to any Renaissance Pleasure Faire, there was a lot of anticipation on my part, having seen numerous videos on social media & YouTube. As always, I think the best policy is always to curb any & all expectations. Parking - Perhaps my biggest criticism of my entire experience. This is a rather specific situation that pertains strictky to ADA Handicap Parking. There is a specific lot that is designated for handicap parking - Lot 3 of the Santa Fe Dam Recreational Area (where the Ren Faire takes place). However, Lot 3 is situated farther than most parking = you have to walk much farther away than most of the other guests. It's ironic in that ADA Handicap Parking should allow you to be closer to the event's entrance. Perhaps the only advantage to parking in this distant lot is that your car will not be caught in the middle of the chaos of everyone else trying to leave. It very evident that this was an oversight when faire organizers made decision to have the event take place at Santa Fe Dam Recreational Area. If there's a way to modify this for future seasons, this would be the biggest improvement that they could make. FOOD Tri-Tip Sandwich ($18) - 6.0/ 10 It's to be expected, but you're definitely going to be paying for more than what you receive - inflation, labor costs, etc. That said, it's fairly hard to mess-up tri-tip. It's not necessarily dry, but the drizzle of bbq sauce helps. Frankly, I wished I asked for more bbq sauce (on the side). The tri tip is served in a roll that's slightly wider than a hot dog bun. It wasn't anything to "write home about", but it's seemed like a better option than most. 1 sandwich is only substantial enough to be a snack. Granted, I walked a good 10 minutes (to the jousting arena) before enjoying my sandwich, I think it would had been helpful if it was served much warmer. French Fries - 6.0 / 10 It's french fries. I will say that the portion is very generous. There was more than enough for me & my friend, so I'd even say it'd be enough fro 3-4 people, assuming it's being shared as a side. Again, maybe it's because I waited a good 10 minutes (buying a beer, walking over to the jousting arena) before enjoying the fries, but it might have been helpful if they could be served a bit warmer. They were still pretty crispy (more on the well-done side, which I prefer). Just some things to note (especially as a 1st timer): - Dress-Up. You're in the 16th Century / Elizabethan Era. So knights, nobleman, peasants, merchants, inn-keepers, plague doctors. But basically, in 2026 at least, anything that isn't "modern" (the past 100 years) is fair game. You can literally see almost anything & it wouldn't seem too out-of-pocket. Yeah, you'll get some strange looks & comments, but people get over it fairly quickly. Just dress-up. - Try to speak "in-character". Whatever it is that you decide to go as, try to "play the part". The volunteers / workers will respond to you accordingly & will "play along". Embrace it & have fun. - The focus of the faire is the shops. That's fine. Get your shopping-on & support these vendors. But there's also many games / activities (archery, axe throwing, dunk tank, how long you hang on a bar, etc.), manually-powered rides, performance shows, & craft activities (making chain mail, sewing, casting coins, & other cool stuff). Like anything else, you get what you put in. Bring your enthusiasm & pack your patience. Also knowing what I know now, I'm definitely going to focus more on my next visit with more investment in my costume (granted I came dressed as a humble peasant).

Wait for the unbiased reviews to trickle in before committing to their latest offerings, because if Brigadoon is the current standard, the bar hasn't just been lowered--it's been buried. Wednesday's opening night was, to put it bluntly, a stinker. We arrived with open minds and tempered expectations; we weren't looking for a Gene Kelly reincarnation or a Broadway-scale miracle. We understand the constraints of regional theater. However, what we witnessed was so profoundly lackluster that it felt less like a professional production and more like a mediocre college workshop. The "Highland" Lowlights: * Atrocious Casting: With the sole exception of Betsy Morgan--who possessed the only singing and dancing chops worthy of the material--the casting was a disaster. * Cultural Caricature: The premise of Brigadoon relies on a town preserved in time to protect its Scottish heritage. Why, then, was this cast like a generic Disney Channel original movie? The "Scottish" culture on display was a cringeworthy caricature reminiscent of a Mike Myers sketch. In a city like Los Angeles, home to thousands of versatile actors, is authenticity really that hard to find? * Anemic Energy: The choreography was limp, and the vocal performances were consistently weak. The sound system was so quiet it felt like a mercy killing; perhaps turning it up would have provided the "punch" the performers so desperately lacked. I cannot remember the last time I saw a professional audience flee after only a few scenes. We endured the first half, but left at intermission. It was simply that unbearable. While the Pasadena Playhouse relies on the generosity of donors to stay afloat, one has to wonder: is there any quality control left? Or is the current mode of operation simply to shovel substandard content at a captive audience? Thank God we aren't trapped in this version of Brigadoon for a hundred years. 45 minutes was more than enough.

He is a little obsessed with Christmas and the Citrus College Theater but why not?? The theater is beautiful and comfortable, complete with a symphony pit that rises up and down. It is a beautifully modern building with its entrance flanked by a couple vertical mosaic tile "pictures" of trees, one of which is my cell screen saver I liked it so much. See picture. The production is about 2 hours plus about a 15 minute intermission, not too long, not too short. And the intermission breaks the show into two parts, the choir and bells performance of the Citrus Singers first followed by the year's Christmas play complete with appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus. I'm a 52 year old man and I thought I'd never say this but the choir and bells performances are wonderful. Maybe I'm getting old! No, seriously, they performers are fantastic and I absolutely love how the director and his assistant (?) vary the songs ever year with new and creative arrangements. They even did a mashup kind of thing with overplaying verses of two classic Christmas songs. It is truly amazing how the performers remember all the nuances and keep up with zero .mistakes year after year. My absolute favorite part of the first part of the show is when the director adds some comedy into the mix and has the new performers overemphasize their lack of experience and how the senior performers are rather blasé about giving yet another performance year after year. Come on, that's funny! Oh, and how one performer sits and waits to play her one bell note. Okay, it's cute. I also like how they've added some very creative percussionists and dancers at the end of the first half, too. This year's play is called "Christmas is..." and as I type, you've got 3 days left to see it! It is a very cute and creative play involving performers playing various candy bars you know and love as the plot thickens in the Land of Candy. I will leave it at that so as not to give too much away. Again, the length of each performance is perfect because I tend to get antsy. My kids (13 & 16) also loved it and look forward to the play every year. Tickets range from a very reasonable $17-$35 and I think you'd have a good seat anywhere although my BIL always chooses the front or 2nd rows. We also went to see a Rock Band do cover songs back in February this year and it was also great and you can see that my son absolutely loved every second of it. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND for some near professional quality theater.

Overall, it's an uncomfortable environment where the owners are always yelling/arguing with each other right in front of the parents/kids. I also find it unacceptable the constant yelling that occurs between the owners towards the other teachers. My "1" star rating is based on the following: 1) Unprofessional behavior (yelling/arguing) between the owners. 2) Dirty Bathrooms with no paper towels. Cloth towels are provided, but the same towel is used daily by everyone. Surfaces are never disinfected such as benches, doorknobs, and handrails. 3) Chaos in every recital. Constant changes are rarely communicated. 4) Love the recital but tired of seeing the owner (Geoff) in every other number. I come to see the kids perform, not a 60-year-old man performing with teenage girls. 5) Covid-19 Epidemic: As all the schools, universities, gyms, bars, movie theaters and restaurants closed, owners choose to keep dance studio open putting our kid's safety at risk. When the city placed restrictions, the owner stated they were staying open and simply setting their own guidelines (not adhering to the CDC guidelines) to keep students safe. When the entire state shuts down, how can Dancemaker be the only exception?

But if you were unlucky enough to sit in the seats closest to the stage, you lose sight of what's going on. My recommendation is to arrive early so you can sit in the main hall. Every seat there has a great view of the stage. If you have to sit upstairs, make sure to sit where you have a direct view of the stage. If you end up sitting on the ends, you have an impaired view of the stage and you miss seeing part of what's going on because it is blocked so everyone is leaning forward to try and see what they're missing.
