Rob was awsome. He came when he said he would! Explained some "extra" wiring as local codes. Diagnosed our dead outlets quickly and got the garbage disposal switch in. I love that he spoke to us about electrical in a way that he really wants people to have an understanding. We did try some simple tests first but didnt know about gfci running outlets from afar. He was kind and walked us through how simple switching some outlets would be. He really does operate with integrity and doesnt just fix and leave. He wants his clients to see there are a couple things to try before you truely need him! Also, gave us a quote for recessed lights in an instant. Knows the cost and doesnt have to draw up formal paperwork, as the cost is the cost!! I love that he works from his cell and doesnt have a front desk person to go through first. My smoke detectors would not stop beeping even after changing the batteries. I found Circuit Works on Yelp and being a local Waxhaw provider with great reviews I called him. He was very nice on the phone and said he would be out later the same day. At the appointed time he called and said he was behind and he would come the next day. We agreed on 2:30 so I could be at home to meet him. I got home early and was expecting him at 2:30 but no show or no call. I called him twice but got voicemail both times. I left him nice messages to please call me. A day later I still have not heard from him. I am really disappointed as the other reviews were do awesome. Now I will have to listen to the smoke detectors over the weekend before I can find another electrician. read more

Multiple times now he has left me hanging for going over the a job. If you don't want a job don't keep saying you are going to be there and not show up. I have wasted a lot of time trying to use Rob and Circuit Works when I should of used my efforts a find a company that will follow through on what they say. Rob and his team did a fantastic job replacing our breaker box. There was considerable rust and the breakers were tripping often. The weather was a consideration for January and he was able to move up his work date by one day, in order to beat the weather. They were early to start the work and they were done in a reasonable amount of time I was very pleased and I would highly recommend them. read more
