He was on time, friendly, and took the time to do a thorough site walk before getting started. He completed everything exactly as discussed, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He even went the extra mile and replaced a pair of second-story floodlight bulbs that I couldn't reach. We'll definitely be calling Hasan again for future window and gutter maintenance. Alpine sent a large crew to clean windows after construction. To my horror I noticed multiple scratches on the glass after completion. The crew had been using razor blades to scrape the dirt off of the glass. When I questioned the owner about the razors, he stated that it would cost him too much to use glass cleaner and towels. Really?! Look what it cost me! I did not pay his $400 bill and when he threatened to place a lien I told him that I could take him to court for the price of the windows. He dropped it. I strongly advise against using this company if you care about protecting your home.
