For appetizers, it was the recommended Gambas with Chili Aoili-exquisite -I was really concerned that we couldn't get any better after this. The Bread with Aoli and olives was also tasty. Paella Valenciana (with Rabbit/Chicken) is the authentic one and has to be ordered a day in advance. We ended up ordering the Seafood (de Marisco) Paella which can be ordered same day. Filled with all types of seafood-delicious! Table next to us ordered the one with Lobster which looked like a winner also. Service was excellent! Last Sunday, July 28, 2024, we went to this restaurant with a group of more than twenty people to celebrate a family event. We were served a horrible Valencian paella; it was super salty, the meat was conspicuous by its absence, and the rice was undercooked. One of the appetizers containing cod was extremly salty, and the size of the dessert was ridiculously small. For the price they charged us per serving of paella, that was a ripoff considering that many of us only got a tiny piece of meat. See the attached photo and you can see that the paella was all rice, and very little meat. Previously, about ten years ago, a large group of us also went to this same restaurant and the food was acceptable. What a shame that the owners of this restaurant have not maintained the quality they had years ago.
