    We are very happy with the work Cisco's Roofing did for us. Of the 6 quotes we received, they were the cheapest. While it isn't a good idea to always go with the low bidder it seemed OK with Cisco. Francisco took the time to explain everything to Corina and I. I worked as a roofer some when young so I knew he was telling us the truth. Oh, and when I say he was the cheapest the range of bids was $8,500 to the most expensive. The workers were very professional and were done in a few days. We are happy with our beautiful new roof.

    Needless to say, replacing a roof is a big investment. We were completely impressed with Cisco. He took the time to educate us on the process and explain all the steps. His crew was always on time, showed up on schedule, and were polite. Everyday all materials were clean up around the house-no mess. We love the look of our black roof and gutters as they really stand out. Finally, Cisco, the owner, showed up multiple times to oversee the project and okay the final job. I truly recommend Cisco Roofing. I will add photos but we still need to paint.

    Overall, American Eagle Roofing was pretty good for our project. There were a few things that added…read moreup that made our experience a little less than stellar. About a year ago, I reached out about a potential leak, and Chris came out to assess the roof. He was incredibly honest and mentioned that he couldn't see anything that would lead to a leak. Still, he provided estimates for a partial fix, partial roof repair, and full roof repair. We ended up not needing the service but appreciated the honesty. Fast forward to this year, I reached back out to Chris for another potential leak, and he came out and assessed the situation again. This time, there were noticeable signs of leaks but nothing that was too concerning. He provided quotes for various options, and we felt comfortable moving forward with one of them. After this is where things started to not go as well as we thought. Once we signed the contract, we were issued an invoice for the deposit. As soon as I received it, I paid it the same day (almost within minutes of receiving it). Several days go by, and I don't hear back from the company to schedule our repair. I call the office, and for some odd reason, they cannot find confirmation that I had paid the deposit. I reassured the office that I had, as it was debited from my account, and I offered to forward the receipt and to have my bank verify that it was debited in the amount and to the correct vendor. They issued another invoice for the deposit as I was on the phone trying to dispute this, which was eventually cancelled, but it was a little annoying. After I forwarded the receipt, they scheduled our repair, so I assume they found the paid invoice. As someone who uses Quickbooks for business purposes, this is not something that's hard to track or find. So, I'm very surprised to have run into this situation. The morning of the scheduled repair, we received an email that said the crew would not be showing up. We were surprised because we did not receive prior notification that this was going to happen. My husband had scheduled his work week around this, so that he could be available for any questions or concerns. When we called the office, they said that they had called and left a voicemail, which we confirmed that we did not receive. They did, however, look back at their records and said they had misdialed and apologized. Again, for something that was last minute, we were annoyed again. On the day of the repair, Chris texted us, notifying us that we may be charged an extra $500 because their truck couldn't fit in our driveway. This was incredibly frustrating because that was not something he or the company mentioned would be an issue. In fact, Brad came out prior to install to inspect the old roof, measured our driveway, and even left his tape measure in the driveway! We called Chris and expressed our frustration at this, and he apologized and said they wouldn't charge us for this. If there were structural issues outside of what they initially found, I would understand, but when they clearly measured our driveway and left evidence of that and failed to notify us of this, that's a different story. Per the multiple project emails sent to us, there was to be a walkthrough and inspection from the crew's manager the day after they finished the roof installation to ensure the work was to our satisfaction. This did not happen, nor did anyone reach out to us to schedule this. Instead, we were immediately issued an invoice for the remainder. We had noticed several areas that looked very sloppy (I assumed this would be the case given the crew seemed very rushed by the end of the day and diminishing sunlight), so we called the office to have someone come out to walk through and inspect the finished work before we were willing to make our final payment. Brad came out and noticed the same issues that we had, and he took his time to get those areas fixed, which we appreciated. Overall, we are happy with a new roof. However, all of these little things made our experience not as great as we would've expected for the amount of money we invested.

    So they failed to show up the first date and came the following week. They did an ok job on the new…read moreroof ridgecaps but I had to ask for the before and after photos multiple times no biggie. What upset me was the upcharge to do a simple task like cleaning up after the repairs to blow off the debris from the roof areas. I refused to pay an additional $200 to do a simple task. It saddens me to downgrade my review as the last job was performed flawlessly and this time a new different crew arrived. The one dude was rude and arrogant and would not do a simple task like cleaning up leaf debris from the roof after the repairs.

More importantly, when things didn't go as planned--and let's face it, they rarely do--Nic was right there to help me understand why and to work through the challenges with persistence and professionalism.     DO NOT use this company…read more It has been a hazing and saga from the start. The ineptitude and lack of accountability I have experienced is unparalleled to any company I have dealt with. The errors have ranged from ridiculously basic to downright hazardous; only discovered when I was forced spend thousands of dollars on outside electrical inspections. I have been waiting for reimbursement for 5 months now. Initially, it took four months and 5 visits to get the system off the ground due to a failed inspection, disconnected batteries, upside down sensors, lack of proper grounding . A year after the ridiculous installation problems, I began to experience a vibration throughout my home that would shock my very being throughout the day and night, even through my mattress, directly into my ear. It has cost me sleep, sanity and shattered the peace in my own home. The owner, even after all the missteps and mistakes, kept saying it was my ear. I had to hire two electricians for electrical inspections for a total of 2000 dollars because Solar Savings didn't have the will or the skill to identify the problem. The first electrician found grounding problems. The second found that they had incorrectly wired a gas generator into the solar system, which was back feeding for over a year. This could have very well damaged my system because the vibration continues and the assistance and reimbursement promised is nonexistent despite phone calls and emails and assurances from the company. This system cost me over 32k on a loan and now an additional 2k for the pleasure. I have had to fight my way to getting any assistance after being gaslit, stonewalled or just plain dropped for months at a time. Oh yeah, I was sexually harassed by one of the managers that did the completely messed up installation. Think he was too busy thinking about that instead of grounding rods, batteries and backfeeding. Even after my complaint to the company, they kept suggesting that he be the one to come back and look at my system! Dealing with this company has become a second job and they have treated me, despite the never ending visits, evidence of their incompetence and the money I paid, like a nuisance. This is not a good company. Don't do it.
