Good apartment style rooms with kitchenettes; has microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove. They provide utensils, pots and pans, cutting board, most of what you need. There's a supermarket inside a mall, Casino Supermarche, down the street to get everything you need. There's also a thrift store close by, but their stuff looks ghetto.

Don't bother with the breakfast at the hotel. The self serve espressos are free 24/7, which is great for both morning and night. Don't go next store for crepes either. If you still want croissants and the like, there's a decent bakery across from the Casino supermarket inside the mall.

When we stayed there, their w/d didn't work and it took them a long time to fix them; we didn't get a chance to wash our clothes while there. Although floors 3-6 are non-smoking, you can smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. There's free wifi in the rooms, just ask for a password.
