I like her original, ironic sense of humor--it's sharp without trying too hard. She doesn't spare me or herself. Always on time too, but if I say I've got something important for tomorrow, she somehow has it ready for me in the morning. There aren't many places left--on Ridgewood or anywhere in New York--where you walk in and leave genuinely happy, with a smile on your face. I lived in two different states since leaving NY and tried so many tailors in the process and none have come even remotely close to this place. I know that sounds extreme, but as a short person, that HAS to have clothes tailored to fit the way they're supposed to, having a go-to place like this one is vital. Plus, there are snack and beverage vending machines so you can munch on Doritos and/or sip Diet Coke while you wait :) This is also the first laundromat I've been to that has laundry carts for normal sized people and not just those kid's toys that only people that are up to 5 feet can use.
