They also know their stuff! If ever a problem arrises it can be fixed by the first person I talk to. Cindy Oxton and Deb are the ladies in charge of this branch and they are wonderful people. They have always had the place running like a Swiss watch. Due to the current pandemic their lobby is open to appointment only so keep that in mind. Most business can be done at the drive through just fine though. I highly recommend MVSB and their Center Harbor branch.

They will act helpful and promising but the second you try to switch even one of your policies, you get call dodged, no return calls, and a big dramatic argument from the owners about trying to leave. I switched my auto first and had to have my new insurance rep call and demand the cancellation, because she was trying to manipulate or convinve me not to leave. Because I declined, I believe she sat on the paperwork and then the monthly premium for the next month was taken out anyway!!!! I waited over 6 months to switch my business policy and low and behold the same dramatic exit with Hannah. She is so very difficult and seems to not be used to not getting her way. I had to again call a representative from my new agent (which shows you how amazing my new carrier is) and I still have not recieved my 180$ refund that was issued over 9 days ago. I dont belueve I will see my money for a while and seeing how my policy was cancelled nearly a month ago, im doubtful. Worst insurance company ever! Well our payment wasn't due till April, so this phone call started a whole chain of events leading them to refuse to service my homeowners policy any longer because my cars were insured at The Insurance Center where they have been for 10 years. Just because I didn't want to move my cars to them. I'm in disbelief with this kind of customer service. I'm making quite a few calls on this. That was down right rude and childish of them. Well they actually did me a favor, but they didn't have to be so rude about it. Very dishonest practice!
