I booked an 8 hour deep cleaning, for the home of my grandchildren. I'm visiting from Tennessee and arrived on Sunday, and booked the appt with Citrus Clean Co. on Monday morning after seeing the condition of the home. I'm beyond desperate! I was told that Tammy would be arriving at 9am on Thursday. The company was kind enough to send me a reminder on Wednesday at 4pm to confirm. Fast forward to 8:21am, day of, and the office calls to cancel. I've already paid for and sent to the grandsons to a babysitter for the entire 8 hours today, AND it's going to take 7-10 business days to refund my $648 I prepaid for your cleaning service. You've cost me money now. Your customer service was very friendly, but it's nothing when it only adds up to trouble and frustration for the customer you said you'd provide a service to. I've never gotten housecleaning before, so I didn't know what to expect. They were very quick to call me back. The price was average compared to other quotes I got. (I used request a quote on Yelp.) They had an opening the next day so they put me on the schedule. I had to split the payments into two and the phone rep was super patient in sending the invoice to make sure that happened. (FYI - you need to pay the invoice prior to cleaning.) I got a basic one time cleaning, which was two hours of the cleaner's time. I told her to start with/focus on the bathroom and kitchen, and she spent most of her time in the bathroom. As in almost the whole two hours. That's ok though, because afterwards it was immaculate, and I hate deep cleaning the bathroom the most so it was nice to have help with it. She did get to the counters and the kitchen sink, and the kitchen in general was looking nice too. The cleaning was really thorough, the cleaner was polite and professional. This was a once in a while thing because I had a voucher from work I could use, but I would book again. read more

I scheduled a move-in clean. The service was very expensive and the job was not even completed. Customer support is good, they scheduled it and followed up, but I cannot recommend for quality and particularly value. To reply to the comment: I did mention that the service was not completed on the second level when I got the follow-up call and I do have the receipts to share that citrus clean was engaged for this service. read more

I had surgery and needed a serious clean of my house after neglecting it for the month of recovery. Citrus Clean sent in an amazing cleaner who de-grimed and scrubbed us back into shape. I opted for the six hour deep clean, and the whole house feels and smells so much better! She caught spots that I'm sure I would have missed. Recommended. read more

I had my first apt for a cleaning for an Airbnb I have. We received a text the morning of, that the cleaner was sick and couldn't come till the following week. I reached out to the contact who responded only offering me a day the next week. I called the office manager who didn't return my phone call. I was told all appointments are prepaid at booking so I paid for the service but didn't get it. Also, I was told that they would provide a fill-in cleaner if one canceled which they couldn't. I did fight for the refund and got it. So thats something , but still at this point I would not recommend this company. They say they provide a service but when circumstances change they cannot and it doesn't seem like they take accountability to work the problem in the customers behalf. So 2 stars is unfortunately accurate. read more

Christie was prompt and prepared. I was surprised at the attention to detail she demonstrated, such as cleaning my microwave from the inside out! My whole house looks and smells wonderful from the bathroom to the dining room. I do recommend this agency. Worth the cost. They also offer eco products to safeguard your pets, if you ask. read more

I am in an area not serviced by Citrus Clean. But I was asked how they might be able to help me. And they did!! They sent Sabrina to clean an apartment where my tenant was recently evicted. The apartment was horrible with clothes, toys, food, dog excrements, grease and dirt. After cleaning all the trash I just didn't have the strength to clean the whole apartment and handle the repairs. After numerous calls to find someone, Citrus came to my rescue! Kari ( I hope I spelled correctly) made arrangements for Sabrina to come the following day and she did a fabulous job. It wasn't easy because the power in the apartment was also turned off for non-payment. Later in the day service was restored and Sabrina was able to finish up much quicker with help from her floor machines. I am so grateful to this company and Sabrina! Ok let me start by saying I really do prefer cleaning my own home... but now that I am a working mom of 2 (2yr old and a 4month old) I just can't find the time and energy to get it done! I reached out to CCC, they were able to book me 3 days later and they did NOT disappoint! My house hasn't looked this clean in awhile.
