They help figure out the best ways to work treatment plans in with our insurance, and have adjusted payment plans for services as we've needed a LOT of dental work recently. The quality of dental work itself has also been excellent- we've had crowns, root canals and cavities filled, and haven't had pain during or post treatment. And in cleanings Dr ghandi has been really gentle. Even my kids don't complain about going to the dentist anymore.

It was a waste of money, but that's on us. I went next about a month later. The dentist told me I needed to replace a filling that was roughly 30 years old, as it could crack and fall out at any time (I had asked about it because it was old-school black, and vanity got the best of me). Out of fear, I booked the appointment before I left that day, but was unable to follow through due to a change in my insurance coverage. I am so glad I was forced to wait!! I started reconsidering the dentist's advice, and went for a second opinion at Modern Dental. Not only did the new dentist say my filling was as solid as a rock, he was able to replace it (in house, the same day) and for half the cost. My husband went for his final visit there on Dec 7, 2023. He said they again tried to talk him into services (again, not covered by insurance), and this time he opted out...and began shopping for a new dentist. Fast for to 2 days ago. I received a bill for $150!! No itemization on the invoice, just a note about x-rays taken on Dec 7 (covered by insurance). I called to find out why we were being billed, and they couldn't answer me...said they'd call me back. I called them yesterday, threatening to refer them to the Attorney General in Texas if they were not able to provide an itemized statement of medical services. They finally called me back today...something about there was a billing error (by their 3rd party billing company), and that we only owe them $25 for a fluoride treatment on Dec 7, 2023. I told them I would not pay them a dime until I got an itemized list of medical services...we'll see if they send me one...

First, after a visit with one of their dental assistants, I was given instructions from her that were totally opposite from what was emailed to me as as follow-up instructions. Second, when I complained that the work she did wasn't satisfactory, meaning I still felt things in my mouth that were not right, she totally ignored my pleas to fix these and continued completing the work and wanted me out. I had to insist on having someone else called to fix the issue. Last, when I called to ask questions about a procedure I was in the middle of having them do, the person on the phone was extremely rude, she seemed offended that I was asking questions and sharing my expectations. They haven't been addressed until now and I am waiting on a call back. Honestly, dentist is okay but her staff needs to shape up and learn how to treat customers properly.

I was told it was because of my dental history of having a root planing, but that had been years ago and I have been on a 6 month, normal cleanings for at least the last 2 years. The dentist had said everything was fine at each cleaning and they were not doing anything different from a normal cleaning. I asked what the charge of a normal cleaning was since I assume I'm being charged more and they wouldn't tell me. Then I told them I was going to file a complaint, but would pay for today.
