I was concerned that we would get cheated or taken advantage of, so I helped my mum to find a bathroom fitter. A friend recommended James from Coventry Bathrooms. I was really pleased with the complete service that he gave. The price was less than what I expected which is always a pleasant surprise. We had to wait for 4 weeks for the work to start which was a little frustrating, but they did start when they said they would. They finished the bathroom in 6 days which was the amount of time they estimated it would take. My mum and I are both really pleased with the new fitted bathroom and my mum can now safely use the bathroom and I do not have to worry that she may slip. I would recommend James to my friends and like to add that I would also recommend him to other older people. We didn't feel like vulnerable customers and that was my biggest worry about it all. Kitchen Order - Sheraton Kitchen Range…read more Initially we experienced a positive kitchen sales experience, but after the sales rep left the business we had nothing but problems. It's taken over 6 months and 6 separate deliveries to get all the correct items for our kitchen. We've had little or no communication with the management and no one took accountability for our order. Throughout the process - we've been told that we needed to pay more due to the sales person underselling, had our signature appear on paperwork with dates we never visited the store, had items missing which we had to buy and had to time and time again explain what we'd ordered. We've raised a formal compliant to the directors and they've offered us a £50 store voucher as compensation, pretty insulting based on the 6 days I took off work to receive the deliveries and the hours of time we had to invest to get the kitchen we ordered. We're now taking our compliant to the furniture ombudsman to try and find a reasonable solution. My advice - either use a company who specialise just in kitchens or buy something off the shelf. A shame as the Sheraton Kitchen Range is a decent product, I'd be pulling it from Leekes stores if I were them as the poor service reflects poorly on their premium product.
