Aldrig varit med om något liknade. Har varit patient sedan start att bli behandlad på de sättet jag blivit av klinik chef och anställda men att påstå att jag får peronalen att må psykist dålig de är ett skämt. Fick en krona insatt fel som de ej vill ta ansvar för och nu avslutar de mig som patient utan ens att ha betalat tillbaka pengarna eller rätt till sitt fel. Går omkring med huvudvärk, spänningar i käken och kan knappt äta på grund av inkompetens. Blir en anmälan till IVO.se och kommer göra allt för att de ska förlora sitt licnese! read more

I had a root canal job done here that turned out to be incomplete. I had to go to the emergency dentist to get it fixed because it was insanely painful. X-rays showed that the root canals were only filled 1/3. So I had to re-do the whole procedure again at Folktandvården. They don't allocate sufficient time for each patient. The dentist was so rushed to get the job done fast, she drilled away way too much of the tooth (the side of the tooth?!) so it looks chipped. And again, she only filled the roots a third so obviously the infection came back. Don't waste your money, get a real dentist who offers solid service. read more

A real Frankenstein dentist! It was seriously the worst dentist experience I have had in my whole life. All personnel seemed to be under time pressure. As a patient, you feel like a product that needs to be finished and released as quick as possible. The patient as an individual is not important. After a rushy examination including multiple x-rays of my teeth, she told my that I have 5 (!) holes, one going so deep that she would need to do a root canal. The total cost for that procedure without the root canal fix would have been more than 6000 SEK. I was blown away by that examination result, so I decided to double check it by a higher-quality dentist in Stockholm. That dentist found 0 (!) holes and said that I have good teeth. So, City Dental would have destroyed my healthy teeth just to make money! This is almost a criminal action and a Frankenstein dentist in real-life! Stay away from it! read more

I have very bad experience with them.They change the appointment many times with a diffeirent reasons, and one of them they said that the appointment doesn't exist in the system. Yesterday they call and change the appointment again, but this time they said that i must to pay more than the price proposal i get of them because the Försäkringskassa help with the payment through One year and my treatment took more than a year. The price proposal i get from their doctor who assure to me that he will be finish before the year end (I told him that i don't want him to start the treatment for the last tooth if the time will exceed the year). They said that i must to pay the diffirent between the two prices. What a bad way!!!! read more

While traveling in Stockholm I had a dental emergency. I was thrilled to find them on Yelp, and grateful they had English speaking staff. I scheduled a same day appointment and was promptly tended too. In and out of the office in 40 minutes. Price was fair, and everyone on the office was fantastic. read more
